Excellent service, very friendly staff. The cleanest restaurant and bathrooms I've seen at a fast food restaurant in a long time. The food was fresh and hot. Would definitely recommend.
This is the first BK I've been to in over a decade that actually has their senses together. Food's actually edible, staff is human and not reading off a script, place is well kept, and wait times are reasonable. Knocking 1 star off though because one time they forgot the cheese on my CHEESEburger. I still laugh wondering how that happened, but it's not the end of the world. I'll be back again and again.
The customer service was honestly the best that I have ever had at any Burger King anywhere in the country. Extremely friendly and all smiles. Kudos ladies!
The staff was nice but the food was awful. The burgers were over cooked and cold. The chicken sandwiches were hot though. We had an extremely long wait, which for some reason is usual for this restaurant. Breakfast at BK is great!!! But any other time of day is REALLY disappointing. I get in the mood for a Whopper every once in a while and need to remember how every other experience has been and just go somewhere else.
Me and my husband went in today for lunch today and it wasn't busy maybe 2 people waiting for food when we got there it took 15 mins for our food the burger was completely cold cheese wasn't melted..and staff was yelling back and forth at each other

Update 12/31/2023. Placed a mobile order at 10:30pm. Drove to the location with 32F temperature. Lights and menus are lit up, its 10:45pm. Pulled up to the order area, sat four minutes with my window down. Was finally waited on to be told they decided to close early and they didn't have any food. Told her I had a mobile order; I was told they had no food. Too lazy to do their job because they wanted to leave early for the holiday. Wasted time and gas, froze driving up there, plus refund still hasn't hit card. If you have any respect avoid this place, they have none and they don't deserve your business.
UPDATED REVIEW:
I decided to try BK out today for the first time in a few years. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and wonderful the service was. The two people that serviced me in each window have excellent customer service skills. Which was a pleasant surprise from the past.
I ordered a Whopper jr. meal with an unsweetened tea and a Spicy Chicken Wrap. The spicy wrap was pretty good, for what it is. I would buy this again. It almost reminded me of the Twister wraps that KFC had 15 years ago. The Whopper Jr. tasted fine, It was assembled correctly and the lettuce, onions and tomato looked fresh. The fries, while crisp and very well salted, were very bland. The price was decent at just under $10.
Overall. I was pleased with my visit today. They must have changed management and staff because it is leaps and bounds better than the last time I visited a few years ago. I will most likely come again sooner rather than later. Especially to try their Spicy Chicken Wrap again.
