I normally give all fast food or chain restaurants. Three stars. However, the customer service year was great. All of the youth were friendly. The dining area is modern and very clean. The food I felt was made well and presented well.
This is a good burger king .. they made me feel like a king of burgers
Once again this Burger King is falsely advertising. On their menu they have a slushy including new flavors but yet they don't offer them at this location, claiming they don't have them here. Maybe the menu should be adjusted then, why show you have a product that you don't and clearly have no intention of getting as this wasn't the first time and it's not that they just ran out. Also every soda tastes like mold or just stale.
Inconsistent hours...pathetic fast food!!! Ridiculous excuse for fast food!!!

Woman named Denise is a horrible employee. Will substitute your items and lie to you because she doesnt feel like making what you want, and then will yell and complain at her co-workers about it. Glad there were some more level headed employees there who were able to help me get what i ordered and let me know that she lied and was being lazy.
Paid for 20 chs burgers as I have 6 children between my wife and I and we'll not only did I yet again get asked to pull around for my meals but I was also shorted 4 of my 20 burgers I paid for, manager was a disgusting piece of work from start to finish. And that just the words used... disgusting food handler could be discussed otherwise... but abhorrent service... I recommend Arby's or Rutters or even Weis fresh sushi or hot ND ready food over BK kutztown I pay a lot to feed my family for a single meal mind you unless I bought another fridge I don't have room for more then 2 days worth the food and snacks/lunch for the week during school... I'll pay more to go elsewhere because of the service I had for the 5th time now....
Food is always made fast and right. Everything’s hot and tastes great. The only Burger King I’ll eat at.
The staff was so friendly!! And the place was so clean. We sat at a high topper table. We'll be back! ????
