I’ve never experienced anything like this. Mobile ordered and sitting in drive thru for 30 mins. No one would come to the window. I girl in a Muslim garb came to the window, told her I was waiting on a mobile order… she slammed the window without saying anything and walked away. It was crazy. Oh and got home and it was the wrong order. I can’t believe this is life ???? you just have to laugh at how people like this stay employed
Honesty just shut down. How y’all mess up an entire order & then wanna get mad about it when I correct y’all ???? also if you’re that miserable find a better job. Wanting $15+/hr but don’t even have the proper skill/mindset to make that much. Do better people
This burger king serves raw food I ordered impossible whopper it was not cooked. Took burger back Mgr was nice employee black man says its not real meat laughing like it was funny I called health department will never eat at this one ever again
I tried to order from this location and I spent about 20 minutes outside without an employee coming out to tell me that they weren't doing any mobile orders at the time. Honestly one of them just looked like he intentionally ignored me so, never again.
It's always a disappointment when i stop here after dark. Fast food should not take over 15 minute to prepare for a number 1 (the only reason i didnt oull off was because i was stuck in the drive thru between two cars)...especially when its clear that my fries have been sitting for too long (no amount of salt will cover up that its not freshly made with a rubbery texture)
Won't be back.
It's such a shame when humans do not take pride in their work.
I only stop here If I'm starving. I once waited 30 min for my food and they6 closed the drive thru. I believe they were under staffed but I was in a rush on my way out of town.
Stopped by here last night, picked up two junior whoppers with cheese ???? and a large onion ring . Cheese ???? on the whoppers wasn't even melted and the burger was Burt and hard just like the buns !!! I had to wait on fresh onion rings and this is what I got, half cooked onion rings I waited and you give me this. Never again !!!
The service was terrible. The attitude of the staff was that they didn't care and it showed as we waited for our food for 34min and never got it. Mind you that this was the evening shift so if the day shift was or is better I can't tell you.
