Was harassed by the manager for taking too many napkins! I didn't even take that many and also placed a large order for my family and would be needing them. Never have I been treated this poorly in the service industry, that manager needs to learn some manners. I will not be returning ever again. I do not recommend coming to this Burger King due to poor service.
Always do driveup. This team is always correct on my order. Very professional and friendly! This is my Burger King to come to! Plus, they have car shows on the first Friday of every month!
This place is absolutely so rude. They didn’t get my order right even though they had me repeat it 3 times and rushed me. I received my order very quickly, but again the order was not right.
I went through the drive thru, usually this place does good, but this order they forgot my onion rings and I wouldn’t have even left a review if they would’ve answered the phone. I just wanted something for compensation maybe write my name down so next time I come I can retrieve those onion rings… guess not..

Oops... until today. Literally been going here for over 20 years but today one of the staff decided to yell at me and then yell to the rest of the staff in Spanish about me, right in front of me. Won't be going back, so unprofessional. Very disappointing because they've always been so nice. Didn't even start polite, just went straight into berating. Sorry if you were having a bad day, now I'm having one too.
Chicken fries are never fresh even if you buy two orders you need at least three orders to get one fresh, idk why they think leaving so many to dry out is a good idea, just wasteful.
Horrible experience they forgot my bacon and nuggets and gave me attitude for it now I go back for it and the bacon they gave me doesn’t even look cooked such bad quality they don’t even treat there customers with respect. They put chunks of ice when you say light ice they can’t follow simple instructions some lady named Jauna wouldn’t even give me a free milkshake for my troubles lol. I’m a cooperate manager I would never treat anyone that way. Maybe if you hate your job that much you should get a new one: I’ll just go to mc donalds next time forsure and save the troubles they don’t even give receipts in the drive thru what the heck lol
Well, another bad review!! Avoid this place unless you like throwing away $$. Stopped here after attempting to stop at a Wendy's (which is what i really wanted, and sooooo would have rather had after coming here) that had their dining room closed (my driver window is broken! Lol). The cashier was a little quick on repeating my order back so I got confused, I just wanted to make sure she had it right! -not sure if that led to my food getting scorched or if that is just how they serve their food. I took it to go, because I was on my way to work. So I had no way of knowing that my crispy chicken sandwich was fried so long there was no chicken left, just breading, until after I bit into it. I was really craving something other than what my job offers, and was extremely disappointed, being nearly 9 months pregnant, I wasn't able to eat before my shift. Shifts over, I wanted a refund or a new one! I go back, and they are completely closed, at 10:35. Signs say 24 hour (but Google says 11pm) either way, they do not seem to follow hours of operation either. I unfortunately went here for a quick bite without reading reviews (which in this case are extremely legit for this location) and wasted 10 bucks that could have definitely been better spent, ANYWHERE ELSE!!
