Dear Burger King customer here’s a side by side or what I ordered and what I got yes I know the picture isn’t exactly how it’s going to look like but this is not closely to what I ordered I tried giving it a chance but not only was it chewy it had so much mayonnaise that I did not ask for and I’m highly disappointed of the quality I am already too far to go back.
No wifi and my sandwich was soggy even though it was just a chicken patty and lettuce. The shake was good and onion rings fresh. Cheesy tots were an interesting change.
I frequently come to this location. All the employees are all incredibly nice and welcoming to all the customers when I'm there. Honestly these guys don't get paid near as much as they should with what they put up with on a daily basis. and they stay extremely calm and in order when dealing with the main crunch hours.
idk how this place has 3.6 stars. went there and my dad ordered some type of chicken bacon sandwhich and i got a burger with just pickle and we got a plain burger for our puppy. My dad got a burger with bacon on it i got a cheeseburger with no pickle and no burga for the pup. Seriously it might just be a certain shift issue i have no idea but just be better like im curious how much that actually happens. Like yall please im paying for what i want why can’t yall just give it. i guess i shoulda checked before i left the parking lot because that’s what you gotta do these days fr
Service is hit or miss. Majority of the time the service is great. Recently they have really been struggling to get our order right. Depending on when you go depends on the quality of the food.
Sat at the speaker box entirely longer to place an order than should have taken. We couldn't place 2 separate orders for a car and I see why now. They couldn't even get one right. Then, girlfriend was ignored while coming in with 2 bags to get missing 2 items. This is the new rally's in town won't be back.
The only positive thing was being with my best friend.... Dirty, rude, disgusting, and slow
2 cars in the drive up and 15 minutes later i got my order, it was wrong they gave me cheese on my burger. If I was lactose intolerent i would have died so yeah 2 stars on service.
