UPDATE: They put on EXTRA MAYO this time!??! This is the THIRD TIME IN A ROW. Tried to contact support and have to wait 24-48 hours for a resolution? I was hoping to eat my food TODAY, not in two days!!
I go here on occasion and the last two times, they have messed up my order. Last time, they melted cheese all over the impossible burger. This time, they put on mayo. I am ALLERGIC TO DAIRY! This is incredibly frustrating. For such an expensive fast food burger, it would be nice if it were made correctly. I should have checked before I left.
The young ladies who work here provide a show with your food. Always with the bad attitudes and stink faces. Heaven forbid you ask for something you ordered, but they forgot to put in the bag. The dirty look on that girl's face was priceless. She stared me down like I was trying to steal her car or something. It's absolutely hilarious, and they never fail to astound with their level of rudeness. The food is what it is. The condiments never make it onto the bun. Ask for extra napkins and be treated with epic stink face ???? Everyone pray they find happiness in life.
I had a very pleasant experience at Burger King. The food and service were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The burgers were juicy and tasty, and the French fries were cooked to perfection. Prices were reasonable as well. Overall, I had a great experience, and I would recommend Burger King to others.
Fast food restaurants are getting worse and the service is so mediocre. We hardly go out to eat but when we do, our order is not correct. Missing items, over charged and missing condiments.
Only plus side, their caramel frozen coffee is good.
Service has definitely gone down hill. Told to pull forward, and wait. Then 30 minutes later, they apparently forgot about me. Then attempted to charge me again at the window. Not the first it's happened. Won't go there again.
I've had breakfast at this location. Good service and food was hot. The location was also very clean and it's the old style Burger King layout
Breakfast Croissants were cold, lacked flavor. Croissants were soft, like humidity got to them. Should have been toasted on outside to crisp them up, a croissant should be light and flaky. This place is dirty too. Stuff littering floors, employees just walk over it. Touch screen computers are gross, when is the last time they got cleaned? You can see all the buildup on them. Even the employees are not clean, The girl at the window, pet hair all over her, and that is handling our food. It is just gross. Hygiene is a big part of Serv Safe. There is no pride in ownership showing here at all. 20 years ago, it was really nice and had good tasting food, that was hot. Won't be back.
Wrong Food from what I ordered. Went thru drive thru, but I still had to wait in the parking lot. Left when it came out trying to stay on schedule. Food cold and bacon was undercooked. All set with BK.
