How do I start this off arrived at 12:10 to eat some lunch before heading back to work wanted a burger that had bacon so I decided to order the candy bacon whopper. Well, that was a mistake hamburger patty was cold the bacon onions and sauce was colder than the patty. Totally un edible. I get the feeling that this Burger King is struggling in the back of house, I’ve been in the restaurant industry, my whole life, and this is not fast food. Whoever is managing This location should not let food like this be served to customers. If I had a temperature gauge, it would see the actual temp of this patty sauce, bacon, and onions. I don’t have time to sit here and try to talk to a manager, and I honestly don’t have the patience to try to explain something to them, So I simply write a review online and simply share my experience in hopes that it helps people choose a better location to eat at.
Poor customer service and food quality.
Ordered a BK Double Stacker and it was missing the bacon and a slice of cheese. Called and was told that it only comes with one slice and would get with the person making about the bacon. Person on phone did not seem to care that I paid for something I did not receive.
Good whoppers. Used a good coupon. A little slow as they have busy drive thru. Fun to go to in your boat too. They have small place to pull off river to go into restaurant. Good tie up spot.
The staff here is so rude and they will yell at you if you do not follow directions. I have gone through the drive-through 5-6 times and 3 of those times I have witnessed the person at the first window yell at a driver that did not wait until they were told to move up to the second window. Apparently this helps their drive through time that's reported according to a student of mine that works there. So, after you order your food they will tell you to go to the first window to pay. After you pay they will ask you to wait there until they tell you to move forward to the second window even though there is nobody in front of you. The worker at the first window will then walk away as you are left there waiting. Once they are ready they will then go back to that window and wave you on to move to the second window. If you don't listen... they will yell at you and have everyone in line back up which creates a chain reaction of people in line ordering or waiting to order to have to move. One of the worst BK locations I have ever been to. Again, I have seen this happen multiple times.
Shut up with this place a couple weeks ago everything was closed. It was at eight or 9 PM. It was dark and it just gotten dark. Showed up tonight 8:55 PM. They told me that the machines are down and they’re closed. I asked what time they close and she says they close the lobby at 10
Writing this review I'm basically giving the manager another laugh she can share with her friends and coworkers about how she got away with being underqualified and overwhelmed and out right rude to another customer and corporate let her get away with it again after reading all the negative reviews and then experienced the same thing myself when I visited this location while traveling I would say she's doing a great job of running whats left of burger kings reputation into the ground if you do visit this location don't bring a mistake to there attention unless you wanna spend time proving your not lying to only get a more aggressive reaction once you do give all the required evidence to show your not lying about a missing ingredient to your food order then to have the food snatched from you and thrown away against your request to then be accused of saying things you didn't if this all sounds great to you or your a therapist and would like to help the management get over there childhood behaviors then play emotional roulette and visit this burger king
I stopped by as I was leaving Florida to relocate my 86-year-old to Georgia to live with my brother. He loooves the Whopper Junior combo. The staff was amazing. One of the ladies there was very kind and attentive.
Management was overwhelmed, not being very friendly to its employees. I was the only one in the line, and it took him three minutes before they recognized, or spoke to me, even though they looked directly at me. It was like they were looking through me and didn’t wanna acknowledge they had a customer
