They make your food like they want to and put your Burger Job in the microwave with the cheese on it after you ask not to they are very unprofessional they make your food how they want to make it they attitudes, stink and half of them don’t speak English, so they always mess your orders up Chicago Avenue and Pulaski and Western in Chicago Avenue. Coffee sucks taste like water. If I ask for my sandwich to be fresh off the boiler, that’s how I want it. I want my cheese to melt on its own not from a microwave. Something needs to be done about this Everything is cold onion rings fries just nasty
Too many people beg in that lot but staff is always so nice and attend you quickly... One time I dropped my fries I was so sad they made me a new one I love this location definitely affordable meals here ????????❤️????
Don't bother coming unless your primary language is Spanish. That's the only way they'll actually care about service. Got my order wrong, it didn't apply the coupon code I selected in the app. They also charge $1 for a cup of water, which is obtuse. The dining room was dirty despite them opening not even 2 hours prior. The cashier also did not know how to correctly count change. Won't return.
The staff was very interesting. The outside was NOT inviting. The GPS took us past this place. The building is hidden by a bunch of trees. No huge sign to be seen from driving northbound on Pulaski. Once inside folks were loud and yelling...very unsettling. We had just been on the road 3hrs from Chicago. My kids wanted to still sit inside and eat. The food was hot and fresh. The tables were dirty and the seats. We cleaned our own table and chairs. A woman across from us gave us some of her napkins. It was my sons birthday.
CULVERS IS OPEN AT KOSTNER AND CHICAGO!!! Thank goodness there a place with nice food that I can quickly get when I’ve need a pick me up.
Racist BK. Doesn’t serve Black people in the same way they service others. Wait times are longer, we are overcharged, excluded from entering the lobby at certain times, and overall demeaning experience when being serviced in the lobby. I am happily boycotting BK at large for their racism.
Having worked in fast food for over 5 years and dealing with such foul customers I try to be the customer that I would have wanted to deal with but the experience I had today showed me a glimpse of why snotty customers COULD be so snotty. I was not acknowledged when I came in, not a hello, one minute please. NOTHING. There’s not a lot of staff so I was baring with the young ladies until I realized I was purposely being ignored. All I could see was the backs of t shirts and ponytails, which is the only reason names weren’t included in this review. Once I was acknowledged, it was a quick and quiet exchange, then my cashier was back with her back facing joking in Spanish with her co worker. None of my thank you’s were responded to. It was overall uncomfortable being side eyed while I was literally the ONLY customer in the restaurant. I don’t mean to be THAT customer but on an already bad day, which is not these ladies faults, this experience was not pleasant at all. However, have a happy Easter & my burger was good so, thank you????????

Ordered food Uber eats I live 3 mins away and I only received a part of my order. I don’t believe the Uber driver took it because the bag was stapled then they refused to answer the phone. Never again!
