Went to store in Menasha tonight for dinner. 3 guys just standing around as they were not busy at the time I arrived. I ordered a whopper cheese meal medium size with onion rings and a whopper meal med with no tomatoes and pickle on whopper adding mustard. Both whoppers had very little lettuce and no onions on them. The whopper cheese the tomatoes on it you couldn’t eat cuz they were so wilted. I asked for no salt on fries due to not being able to have salt so I asked for all of the food to be fresh. The onion rings where not fresh they where soggy and fries where soggy and overly salty. I also ordered a honey mustard wrap the tomatoe was soggy and chicken was luke warm. The manager went into the office after grabbing food from the heat chute. The food was put into a bag that was ripped all the way down and they put the bag inside of another plastic bag. The guys their where rude and not very customer friendly at all. They didn’t seem to care about their jobs at all. My order was 46 was at the restaurant at 6:25pm on 03/26/24
Picked up a door dash took 15 mins to get both orders. And 2 workers were not wearing gloves. One worker wiped his nose and touched fries. The other coughed right on food.
Food was delicious and the man who took my order was very nice. But inside when taking my food after ordering, the other man working began talking bad about me. He did not even try to talk quietly either, making it obvious for me to hear. At least go do that where customers cant hear.
I give zero stars for service. Workers are always rude. They always forget the sauces. I never received a "hello" or a "thank you" or have a "nice day". Today's Worker gave me an attitude when I asked for a drink carrier for my drinks. How unprofessional. Workers need to be retrained in customer service
Was busy. Few staff members were there. Drive thru had 6+ cars. Wasn't that bad of a wait. Onion rings weren't fresh
French fries to salty, mozzarella sticks weren't fresh as well. Special burgers ordered were correct.
Slowest place I’ve ever waited in line for, the food is 50/50, sometimes ok sometimes not. Maybe they’re just understaffed or maybe they just don’t care. I have come back a few times because I’ve given them the benefit of a doubt. Nothing has changed. Don’t bother wasting your time here for overpriced fast food. They don’t even know how to mix a shake.
Drive thru is always good and accurate. I order through the app. Highly recommend doing this. Freebies. Order is never messed up. Always fresh.
The past few times we have been here through the drive thru we have been greeted by a very bubbly and friendly voice over the intercom! They have gotten our order correct EVERY time, and I love that they are willing to make special accommodations like cutting a double whopper with extra everything in half, giving us half fries and half onion rings if we ask for it, and No ice in our drink when requested etc! And when I got to the window tonight I realized I forgot one sandwich, and he didn't even make a huge deal about it...he was super nice and understanding! Let me add...this was all taking place about 20min. Before they closed too! My favorite is the Ghost pepper Whopper ????I wish they kept this all year round! Anyways... whatever crew has been working this Menasha location ROCKS!! Y'all deserve recognition and a raise for real!
