Much to my surprise, the food was fresh and delicious. I say that because the establishment it's self was extremely dirty. The staff was not friendly at all. It remained me of a trip to the DMV. Everyone was in slow motion that day. The floors felt like they had glue on them. It was the residual built up of mopping with dirty grease water. Oh well.. but the food was good. Only advice is clean the store. And wake up the employees
Food was burned, ordered 14 impossible sandwiches for my son birthday all of them came completely burned. Had to spend another $120 to save the party. Totally unacceptable and waste of money and time. Be aware when you order from Burger King Sanford and check each sandwich before you go.
Saturday afternoon in April. It started with waiting at the counter for over 3 mins without anyone in the front. Order taken however, I had to take my own receipt that was attached to the computer after the young lady just walked away after the order. All of the tables were dirty with food deposits. We had to clean off the tables after asking for napkins to wipe off the tables. The dining area felt unclean and uncomfortable. The men's bathroom door was locked and no effort to unlock it nor to place a sign on the door. One of the exit doors was locked and watching everyone attempting to open it was hard to watch. The fries were dry and didn't taste like normal BK fries. Upper Management is missing opportunities to improve.
I prefer Burger King over McDonald's, although it's hard to find consistency so I find it to be very hit-and-miss. However even though the consistency is not great, normally at least edible.
Today is my first review for Burger King in 50 years, the store today gave me a burger in which the meat was not even warm, threw it away
food taste like it was recook like three times, took around 20 mnts to get the order and with the smell you know that it was refried (I didn’t feel comfortable eating nothing on my order) fried smells old and the chicken nuggets taste like grease, the only thing was the mini whopper and the meat was burn. Sadly, the service was also bad, “they couldn’t hear me on the speaker”, they didn’t ask for any sauces and not even get the total.
I swear the fast food restaurants in this area have the most lazy incompetent workers in all of central Fl. I get that I’m ordering fast food but my standards are pretty lax. For instance I just went to this Burger King location and order chicken fingers and a chicken sandwich. The chicken fingers were cold and stale like yesterdays microwaved garbage. The sandwich was literally not as advertised Considering I found all the toppings pretty much missing except the chicken and pickles
I swear all the fast food locations in this area is garbage in comparison to all the surrounding locations. I haven’t had burgers king in years and i most definitely won’t be going back for a few more years. Garbage!
Soda was great though. Btw kid got food to. No complaints from 3year old
If I could rate this zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. The service is terrible, we went inside to eat and were told that the computer's were "down" even though they had just served someone before us. We sat inside and waited for over 20 minutes until we just gave up and went through the drive thru. Once we pulled up to the window, they said "Hold on we're helping someone inside." To which we responded that "we thought the computer's were down inside and there are no other cars in the parking lot." All of the employees are extremely lazy and it really shows. Especially in the restrooms which were absolutely disgusting. This place is poorly managed and will most likely be closing in the near future.
Whoever the franchise owner is, it’s time to let it go. file for bankruptcy and start over. what do you employee 2-3 employees per shift. whoever is running this place has truly brought shame to the kings name. these poor employees need a leader. you should be ashamed
