Out of a lot of Burger kings that I have been to. This one is gotta be 1 of the best. That's the reason why I gave it 5 stars. The customer service that I have dealt with have always been really nice. Friendly people and the food always comes out hot. The fries are always fresh and The Onion rings are definitely extra fresh today. Definitely a 5 star for them.
Worse order taking, order accuracy I ever experienced at a burger King. Ordered a Texas double bacon Whopper with no pickles tomatoes and mustard got served my food but my food, order was wrong with a different burger all the ingredients I didn't want. So I complained supposedly got my correct order with the ingredients I didn't want, lost my appetite, saved my food just to realize later on. That my burger still got some of the ingredients I didn't want and it didn't have What I had specifically asked for "bacon"!
Plus my coworker didn't receive his almost 5 dollar Oreo shake. ????????And fast food workers wanna get paid more....
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, worst experience and will never come here again.. Horrible customer service and attitude. When I got the first window to pay they didn’t take my app code because the lady who took my order didn’t even give me a chance to give it to her and was rushing me. So when I go to pay the guy couldn’t take it and said, “you supposed to give it to her at the beginning.” I order a Large as well but gave me a small fry. I should’ve spend my money somewhere else because this Burger King sucks. Then, when I go to get my food at the last window the girl with red braids didn’t even know what she was handing out and kept staring at me. The other girl didn’t even know what she is handing out. I understand fast food can be fast pace job but fix your customer service here. I’ll leave it at that.
First time bringing my grandson to Burger King he’s never had it and wanted to try it and give it a rating. He says that there’s nothing to complain about. Then he gives a 4 1/2 star. The food was good. The service was good and they were very fast.
I just went into this burger king and ordered two whopper jr's. They don't want to take your order at the counter anymore, so you are forced to order at a kiosk. The order was simple, two burgers with no onions. I got the order and drove home and I got the awful taste of nasty onions. It totally ruined my appetite. I hate the impersonal way I had to order my meal and the fact that the staff can't even follow the simple instructions on the order. I'm tired of fast food anymore and the high prices that go with it. It's just not worth it anymore, and this just made it even worse.
The food's pretty good but the service is very slow. You do get a lot of food for your money though. They don't skimp. And like most fast food restaurants they need to CLEAN their dining area!
We stop by this morning drive thru this lady Sue took our order right when she started talking she kept stopping us from talking with the words "WHAT" and "WAIT" we wanted a chicken sandwich she told us it was going to take 15min for it so pushes us to get a chicken jr which me been in the food industry just made you lose some money there. The point is terrible customer service made us want to leave the line and go across the street such a terrible experience.
Ordered what I wanted. Paid. Then they come back with ice cream machine is down after I already paid and they tried justifying by giving me some thing I don’t even want for each soft serve I ordered.
Was disappointed by a second time and legit just annoyed.
