Best WLM Reviews
This is the "Best" BK I have been in in a long time. The staff was excellent. They were having a fun and good time with each other that did not take anything away from their level of customer service, in fact I think it made them better. I can not say enough about the staff at this store. The Whopper I got was the "Best" one I have had in 20 or more years, reminded me of Whoppers from 40 years ago when I first started eating them. The store was very Clean and all the customers in the store seemed to be enjoying a pleasant meal. I highly recommend this store.
It's burger King. You get what you expect. If you like it then you will like this. The staff here sends really nice. I also love the late night hours. The 2 cookies for a dollar deal always help extend my waistline
Every year, my dog gets his hamburger and ice cream for his birthday. This year was his 11th birthday. Happy birthday, Roman!
This BK is the worst in the area. 1st we had to wait for nearly 5 min just for our order to be taken. Then they got our breakfast order wrong, charged us an incorrect price, and for sure acted like I was not going to get a partial refund back. Too many young kids and others who just don't care. We will absolutely NEVER visit this location again. Anyone giving this place 5 stars is delusional and was just really hungry at that moment. Absolute dumpster fire of a place, and I hope they replace it with something better!
We visited the store tonight a lil before 11. The young man that worked the window was so delightful. I work customer service so I get it, when you come close to closing its Russian roulette with the food and service you receive. This young guy was excellent he was a younger guy with glasses and braids/twist in his hair. The roll was a lil hard but that’s understandable a hour before closing. But the fries and the nuggets was hot.
I swear this burger king is ghetto as hell. The kid who took my order didn’t get my order right, then he is staring in space while I’m waiting for him to process my payment. The other guy I’m guessing is the manager doesn’t know what he is doing. Consistently on the phone checking out other girls like come on man be professional. I got old fries with no salt and stale onion rings. Never again.
Lady in front of me ordered 2 small fries, 2 small drinks, and 2 cheeseburgers for herself and her daughter. She was obviously ordering two cheeseburger meals. Her English was not the best but understandable enough. The cashier checked her out for $16 and change because he charged her for individual items instead of two meals which would have came out to $9 and change. I confronted him, I was next in line. He said he didn't want to complicate things by asking if she wanted the meals. He could have easily rung her up for the meals (used to work at BK its not the difficult to cancel items) without asking her. He could have easily refunded her and charged her the proper amount, etc. if he realized it after. We live in tough financial times, don't be lazy and rip people off. Food I got was fine, asked for extra pickles and got the normal amount of pickels.
This is the worst place. Three employees fought over who would actually work and take my order. Employees hang out after work barking at customers and no one does anything. Just kids being dumb and disrespectful. Other employees, not on the clock, going behind the counter to make themselves food. No manager or anything doing anything about anything. Avoid at all cost.
