Got home with our food and literally the fries were raw, and soaked in oil. The burgers were ice cold. The only thing good out of our order were the drinks! Threw it straight in the trash and called the store. The manager on duty was rude! We will never be back!!
Entrance is on oppoaite side of building from handicap parking. Exit door by handicap parking only opens from outside. When we left a contractor had the sidewalk completely and my handicapped wife had to walk through the lot to get to the car. The serviceman should be fired for such disrespect and treatment of the elderly.
I'm rating this BK against other Burger Kings. I get the same thing at all of them no matter where I go and in any country. The Whopper. Just the basic sandwich. They vary from place to place and country to country. I've been eating them since I was 5 years old and have seen them change over the years and all the variations including the ones in other countries. The staff here is friendly and quick and the location is clean inside and out. The Whopper was okay this last time. I ordered it off the broiler which takes more time. Fries were good too.
The gal with the nose ring is spot on for corporate. She was super friendly and asked all the right questions knowing what corporate wants! Good on you give that lady a raise!
I had gotten some food late last night around 9-10ish o clock.. the drive through people were very nice and kind, as I got my food it was very very cold and very old.. me being me and also being poor I ate it anyway and now today I have been throwing up nonstop and believe to have given myself food sickness.. please remember to not give old food out..
My child spilt a drink in the play area took 20 min for them to come clean it up then the employee that did was shaking her head and rolling her eyes not sure for what I cleaned most of it up but had I been to the bathroom first I would have walked right out not sure the last time it was cleaned but I gaged from the smell.
This is honestly the first BKC I've been to because of their Whopper offer. I'm impressed, a $1 Whopper is far superior to McDonald's inferior $1 burgers.
I also love the drinks machine being top of the class, having many more Coke products than other fast food places, including my favorite Vanilla Coke in normal AND zero option. That's simply mind blowing!
Staff is friendly as usual and no complaints there. Restaurant is clean and an overall 5 star experience.
A little cramped on dining space, but other than that a typical BK. Friendly counter staff.
Dining room was heated unlike the BK on North Richmond Road.
