OPEN 24 HOURS IS NOT THE CASE!!! We got off a plane with 4 kids after 17 hours of travel. We were so excited to see this location open 24 hours. Expect when we drove there and tried to order the gentleman said the only make food for door dash. It was 1 a.m. How can you only make food for door dash 24 hours a day but not people that drove to you? CHANGE YOUR WAYS OR HOURS! Common sense is not common. 4 angry kids and 2 hungry parents, what a great welcome back home. What a joke!

Picked up food to bring to the hospital for a loved one. Fries were cold, come to find out, they weren't all the cooked . Big Fish is anything but.

Went through the drive through around 12:45a.m. on 2/6 the gentleman at the window had a positive attitude and was above average on the personable scale. Like to give recognition where it is due.

This location canNOT get it's act together. For the second time in a week, we didn't get all the food we ordered and paid for. Oh, you wanna call and ask them about it? Ha! The phone is always a busy signal.

The person at the window didn't say a word to us, just grabbed our card and let the window slam. Then she handed us a drink that was leaking soda from the top, all over the sides, everywhere. It leaked down my boyfriends arm and all over his steering wheel as well. When we asked for napkins, she just handed us a bunch and said "sorry". Thanks, I guess. ????

It's embarrassing it's got to be embarrassing for Burger King Staff I worked there in the 70s and 90th and Center we could have done their whole day of business in less than an hour if there's more than two people you're waiting 20 minutes just close it down the bigger the burger the better the burgers the burgers just aren't any better at Burger King your men used too big it was just a ruined it you ruined it you ruined it you ruined it clothes or store you want to be embarrassed does anybody speak English there for god sakes close the store

First off, this is not something I typically do, but I had to update this review bc my latest experience here was just awful. I went thru drive thru late afternoon to grab a late lunch on the fly. My bf ordered a vanilla cone bc it's advertised for $1. And I ordered chicken fries. Pretty simple order if you ask me.....we pay and are waiting for our 2 items when the employee tells us they don't have a working ice cream machine. OK, fine, give us the $1 back. No....he spends literally 12 minutes attempting to get the ice cream machine working w/no success, and then when asked for our money back, you would have thought it was the end of the world! By the time we left and finally got the chicken fries, I was starving and over it. To top it off, the chicken tasted as if they let it sit in the warmer for 24 hours straight. I mean, they were so bad we threw them away! So disappointing aside from the employee giving it his best to make the ice cream cone happen, management wasn't helpful at all and left the staff member to do everything on his own. We were there so long the people behind us in the drive-thru were honking at us to move forward! Total bummer!

What's the drive thru sat there for almost 20 minutes no one answered on the intercom so I left without even ordering my food and it happened on multiple occasions
