I had my SUV's bumper repaired here at Bumper Wizard about 2 weeks ago. Karen was very helpful, very sweet, genuine and gave me a very fair price. The repairs performed were top notch. My bumper looks great. I wish there were more businesses in South Florida with owners and management that really took care of their customers like this place. I highly recommend Bumper Wizard!
After shopping around at a few collision repair shops & receiving outrageous quotes for a simple bumper repair I landed at Bumper Wizard. From the moment I arrived at your location I was greeting with the most cordial and kind attention, and Caryn explained to me very clearly the process of fixing my car. Communication was consistent and I was continuously kept in the loop, the turn around for job completion was fast- I was amazed; the level of professionalism and quality of work is superb. Above and Beyond service every time. I had my bumper fixed here a couple months ago and I could not be happier with the process and end results. The staff is super honest and friendly. Karen and Dave treat you like you’re family and they really care. The prices are very very reasonable and I will recommend fellow friends and family to the establishment for any of their car or bumper needs. They’re also great at giving referrals! I had another car issue and they sent me to Alex at Stewart’s garage to take a look at my car and help diagnose the issue.
I am so happy I trusted them with my car!! Karen was beyond sweet and helpful and Dave really knows his stuff! I had my bumper fixed along with some paint touch ups and my car looks BRAND NEW. The best part is that their prices are super fair!! Any issues with the body of my car and I will only take it to Bumper Wizard!!
