It was hard for me to be treated this way. I was verbally attached and felt fearful during my visit. I was taken advantages of the owner charging an extra 250 dollars to push my bike maybe 60 feet.The owner refused to let me and a friend try to start it so we could drive it off his lot.The bike was towed after a fall in my development and there was no damaged to the bike and I was taken advantaged of. When I tempted to engage in a conversation he yelled at me to the point I felt threaten for my safety. I was emotionally shaken and could not wait until I paid him and left. It was a horrible experience and no one should go through this. I have posted before and I am not putting my name since I would be concern . He ended up charging me 550 dollars for one night and a tow. I honestly wanted to return and work this out but I am 74 and just do need to get upset anymore.

A bunch of Crooks.

Had a little crash, they towd my Is totaled undrivable car 5 miles. The bill was a $1000. Then 30 days latter they said we ow 1000 plus $50 per day ????I think the owner smokes Crack Literally I have 2 friends that own tow truck companies but they are not local . I explained the situation and they said sounds like some scum bags DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Crooks!

I never delt with the business side but as his neighbor he does have a arrogant and I am mighty attitude...Thinks people below him are unpredictable and makes lies up to make him look good.but Brett was called out glad to see him move.

First the rudest guy hang up on my husband who tried to pay the towing charge over the phone due to be at work, the guy rudely hang up on him saying I take cash only, my husband didn’t even have chance to ask how much the payment would be. I went there to pay and left all fired up, he actually raised voice at me when I asked why can’t I pay by credit card and said this is my business, you can do what ever you want when it’s your business, fair, I understand, but his way of communicating to a paying customer was very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone not even Collier county sheriff department who called him after accident.I even say bye when I left and no answer. The bill had towing charge, mileage charge and labor charge? What is this all about?!

Called with a question for a recent car accident we were involved in and Bumper to Bumper was the company who towed it. The owner was very short, rude and disrespectful. Just because you don't service to the public (as he stated)doesn't mean he can't have, at the very least, decent customer service. Our conversation lasted less than a minute before he hung up on me. By far the worst experience with a tow company.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I have used this company 4-5 times now and every single time they were there when they said they would be, safely transported our vehicles, provided fast, friendly, professional service. A few of the times were for my sons car, as a single mother knowing I could trust this company is certainly peace of mind! Above and beyond! I highly recommend Bumper to Bumper!

The owner is very disrespectful and just an angry person. May God bless him and get him out of w.e stressful situation that his his behaving this way. We will never use this company again but the assistant is a very nice and articulate young man hope he finds a better job.

This is the worst company ever unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe their lack of customer service skills whether it be in person or on the phone. Assistance to resolve a problem ? It’s more of how can we create more chaos?!. A company that actually yells at and speaks over client. Does not supply information to address a issue when requested and rudely hangs up phone with no reply when asked a common sense question. Just a big scam trying to milk most money possible especially if involves a corporation.IGNORANCE IS NOT BLISS you’ll find out when your out of business or getting sued.
