INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Dan got me on the schedule right when I needed the service (BOTH TIMES - two weeks in a row!! - two separate windshield repairs!!). He worked fast and effectively! He even helped walk me through my insurance claim that saved me a LOT of money! This guy and this company is the REAL DEAL! Gentleman had an amazing attitude and was insightful about information I didn't even ask about but most definitely needed, quick down work as well definitely worth the money!
We called Dan to get a windshield replaced at the end of July and he said he would order the windshield and take care of it. That was a month ago. He has spent the past four weeks dodging our calls and leaving us in the dark. What should have been an easy process has turned into a nightmare. We eventually called our insurance company to find someone more eager and reliable.
We have used Dan at Bull's Eye for many years and they have always come thru. They respond fast and their work is exceptional. We recommend Bull's Eye for any of your windshield needs.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had our brand new truck repaired by Dan and he cut the headliner from one side to the next. He must have been on some STRONG medication or something to how he sliced it up. We had to get his insurance company involved and unfortunately we are still living through this nightmare. A simple replacement glass has now turned into multiple issues. It's been since November 17, 2020 and we are still without our truck. Save yourself the headache and find another company to make your repairs.
Called needing a windshield replacement same day, they made it work and for over $100 cheaper than Chico competitors. Arrived on time, very friendly and professional.
