Passing thru St Pete and needed some coffee. Very good coffee. Service was great. Clean restroom. Going back next time I am in St Pete
Thank you Faith…..Bula kava bar, never disappoints . I typically go to the one on Gulf Boulevard but today I stopped in for an extra hot mocha with almond milk and some whip.. Faith welcomed me with a smile, and made an amazing mocha which I thoroughly enjoyed on my walk on the beach in the rain????
Great servers/service, great atmosphere. Only been here during the day, but it's a great place for kava, and at least a solid spot for coffee as well.
I find it a little funny the Google blurb says this place is "tiny", it's actually fairly huge--especially by St Pete standards.
I love this place for my Monday afternoon Kombucha while I wait for kids in music lessons. They have Beech Kombucha on tap in 3 sizes and usually 4 flavors! It’s chill, comfortable and everyone is always friendly.
This is the place that brought kava to St. Petersburg. If you want to try kava then this is the place to do it. The parking is tight, but if you'd rather get here by transit then it's a short walk from the SunRunner.
Wandered in on an adventurous walk while visiting town. I got some tea ????. The bar tender was friendly. Looked like an interesting cast of characters of a wide age range and it definitely an alternative type of vibe to it. I would visit again if I lived here. The vibe was good enough I left a tip worth more than the tea and donated one of my necklaces to a random table. Had almost a modern day alt-cheers vibe to it.
I would recommend it to the adventurous.
Really cool place! Great hippie/tropical vibe, with tons of kombucha and kava. Kava is definitely a weird drink but it’s free your first time going, and it’s also free on Friday if you high five the “kavatender”. Don’t feel intimidated by trying something new — I told the lady I’d never tried it and she told me all about it!
Was traveling and stopped in here. Was trying different kava bars. This was my favorite one. Quality of drinks and service were top notch.
