I have been a Buffalo Wild Wings fan for many years and this most recent visit was not worth my time and money. My take out order was 22 minutes later than when the app told me to arrive. Because of that my food was all cold. I ordered cheese curds as a side which has, at other locations been a fair value based off the portion, taste and price. I got 19 cheese curds in my order. That’s a little more than 34¢ per cheese curd. That an outright scam. Several of my honey sriracha wings barely had any sauce.
Plenty of the staff was very lackadaisical and on their phones. It was several minutes before I was even approached regarding my order. Then on top of that when I asked an employee if I could get a side of dessert heat dry rub I was forgotten about and had to ask again 2 times over. When I tried to bring up these concerns in store they were not receptive and did little to help stating it was a “busy night”
All in all, this was a very poor performance from this Buffalo Wild Wings. I would recommend any that’s able go to their Layton location for better service and portions.
Took 30 minutes for the 3 of us to be seated on top of the 50 minutes it took for our food order to come out… our table ordered a hatch chili burger, a salad, an order of fried pickles and some traditional wings….
No way in hell should it take that long to be seated or get our food when they were as slow as they were…
My bill came to $30 for an average burger and fried pickles….

Our server Faith was very comfortable in her job, she made it feel like we were at a friends house for dinner, she was attentive to our needs without being overbearing and actually cared about us. We didn’t seem like “another table” instead she created an atmosphere that felt as tho we were visiting a friend at work. We came for my wife’s birthday and normally go to a different B-dubs to avoid riverdale road but will definitely brave the traffic from now on just to get the absolutely excellent service we received tonight!
Me n a buddy walk in the waiting area is packed the restaurant wasn't even half full I go to walk to the bar where it's empty the hostess says it's a 20 minute wait for her kitchen I said that's fine I'll just sit at the bar and drink beer until the kitchen clears up she said if I did that she would have her manager escort me out. So we promptly left. 0 business from me with behavior like that.
We had a large party and our waitress was great. The server seemed a little overwhelmed and threw 2 trays of fries on our table aggressively. The onion rings were delicious, but my burgers bun was wet and really gross. The patties were burnt, and barely any mushrooms. My daughter order garlic parm strips and they had no parm cheese. 3 stars because despite the server the waitress and hostess were very nice.
I went in to order a take out order. My order included a burger and after everything was paid for. I looked at the receipt and saw that it was put in as a chicken sandwich instead of a burger. I asked the server about it and she said not to worry and it will be a burger. I wanted 20 minutes for the food and went in to grab it. I received a chicken sandwich instead and told the server and cook that it was supposed to be a burger. The server said it was her fault and the cook took back the food looking kinda annoyed. They both went back to the kitchen and then the server came out to tell me that she has to put in another order and I have to wait another 20 minutes. All of the other foods would have been cold by the time I waited an extra 20 minutes for a single burger. I asked if they can do anything to hurry the process and they were not wiling to help with just a few apologies. They were not being accommodating at all even though it was their fault.
Would love to give 5 stars but when I walk in and told there is a 45 minute wait and half the tables are empty, that’s kind of unacceptable. I understand that they may not have the proper amount of wait staff at the time of my visit but this isn’t the first time. This location seems to be getting worse as time goes. Maybe hire more or staff properly for rush times.
Came here as one of only places open after 9. Service was lack luster, host pointed us to sit at bar area tables, but every high top was unoccupied but covered with old dishes from earlier clients while several staff where hanging out at bar talking with bartender and guest at the bar.
Found a spot and bartender did finally help us. Food tasted well but chicken wings were overcooked and not meaty at all and took a good amount of work to get the tough meat off.
For a wings focused restaurant pretty disappointing, at least the onion rings were good and helped fill us up
