Thank God, a Buffalo Wild Wings with good service and an actual manager that actually cares about Customer Service. What a breath of fresh air. These guys are doing a great job thank you to Tim the manager and Jacob at the to go take out section.
Made the dinner of Pleasant experience for us to just kick back at our hotel thank you thank you thank you keep up the great work you guys rock
Typical sports bar fare. Great atmosphere for watching sporting events as there is literally a television set about every four or five fee throughout the restaurant. Plenty of choices of sauces and styles for wing lovers. Chicken sandwich and original cheeseburger also were tasty. Great Happy Hour prices on food and drinks from 3 to 6.
My kids and husband are forever trying to get me to go the BWW for dinner. They took advantage of a trip I recently went on and went without me. They were so impressed with the food that the next time we were in the area they wanted to go again and this time I agreed. I must say the burger I had was pretty amazing and I tried some jalapeno Boneless Wings that were delicious also.
We were back again... I had a chicken sandwich this time and it was also amazing!
We got the dry rub lemon and pepper wings and the chili garlic wet wings - Very acidic wings but good texture. Nice thin, lightly fried fries but not a lot of flavor. Best part is the carrots and celery!
UPDATE: Today 5/12/23, I received a call from the manager Tom who apologized for the incident on my visit and acknowledged the mistake. That shows me that they are honest and will address any issues. I appreciate him doing that and will give them another chance. I have updated my stats from a 1 start to 4 stars based on the attention they have give our family in addressing our concern.
Most upsetting was payment, I believe our waitress was new and was given help from other employees which is nice so she can get to know the job BUT we received a check for $109.something, I gave our waitress my credit card and she brought me back a receipt to sign for $132.something and walked away, I told my husband that it wasn’t right and I don’t understand what she did. After thinking about it and not feeling comfortable I requested that our waitress come back to our table, when I asked her about it, she said yes sorry I gave you someone’s bill. One would think of out of curiosity she would have come back to us BEFORE running our card and be HONEST as maybe it was a mistake but for me when your not upfront and honest that shows me you are shady and maybe so are the other employees. That doesn’t sit will with me and I feel other potential customers need to be aware and make sure you know what you are paying for. Sadly, I felt bad for her and gave her a good tip, but feeling how I feel now and how her service is bothering me I can say I regret doing so. I always tip well because I know being a server is a hard job at times.
Side note, the cheese curds were very good, the pretzels knots were good, mozzarella sticks were okay, some seemed to need more cooking time, the classic chicken wrap was good but not much chicken, more lettuce than anything, the wings were really good and the burger looked good, My son (15) ate part of the bun, didn’t care for the burger. Strawberry margarita was good and so was the strawberry lemonade. I gave this a 1 based on honesty or lack there of.
Definitely not for the antisocial. This place is loud. LOUD LOUD. May be time of day may just be what it is. Although I was not impressed with my wings, again. Every time I go, I feel like the cook only knows how to sauce the top 32% of the wings. The whole concept of the place is wings and sauce. The wings were kinda like wet on the bottom and had no sauce. If I hadn't just crawled out of a depression slumber, I would have cared more to speak up. I attached a photo of their chairs for humor. The screws just falling out. The screw ripped my damn cardigan twice. The one chair had 6 screws on one side holding the back together. LOL. Just buy new chairs! You can't be spending that much on sauce. Where's the money going? Anywhoo, I won't be returning as it's always bad.
Service was great, definately is a 5 star.
As far as food, my husband said his buger was great..... and said he would rate his food a 5.
My food on the other hand was just ok. Nothing that I would come back for. Not even the cake. The ice cream thatt came with it, was way to frozen that you actually tasted ice in it.
The food was decent, however they left it in the kitchen too long and it came to us pretty cold. The bartender had to wait in the whole bar plus the tables surrounding it by herself which is really unfair. No offense to her but we were checked on about 3 times before the end of the night including the payment. The cleanliness of the seating was pretty good but we were a little disappointed in the food.
