I love Buffalo Wild Wings. But mannn this bartender just made me upset. She made a mistake and instead of apologizing and owning up to it, she said she will have the kitchen make fresh traditional wings. And gave extra onion rings. We can for wings ????. Apologize and take accountability please. And when she brought out our second order of onion rings she provided no sauce. So I had to wait for her to be unbusy and ask for some ????????♀️. Please do better. And still waiting on wings… 25 mins later… wings and no plates… nonetheless the honey garlic and Asian zing are so good!

Slow service and a long wait time late at night. My wings and fries came out cold. My wings were also not fully coated with sauce, barely any on my wings at all!
In contrast my boyfriend’s wings came out warm but also not filly coated…
Parking is horrid
Visiting out of state, stopped by out of convenience of our hotel location and time. As soon as we walked in there was an employee with her shoes off and up on an eating table right at the entrance. We were then seated at a dirty table with food everywhere on the seats floor and table, we tried to move but all the tables were dirty. We had no choice then to sit at the bar where it was a bit cleaner. Food was cold and chicken tasted old. Service was very bad. Overall do not recommend.
Disgusting- ordered a takeout order of bone-in-wings and had three of the wings with actual feathers still attached. This wasn’t the small hairs you occasionally see, but real feathers that were on the wing when fried and then tossed in sauce- two separate steps that should have been caught and thrown out, this should never be served to customers. Quality control needs to be evaluated and food safety at this location needs to be addressed.
Honestly I wouldn’t come again, about a year ago me and my parents would come for the Bogo deal on Tuesdays but the last time I came in with my family we got served by a girl named Kenzie, she was okay at first but towards the end it felt like she was just trying to get us out of there. Anytime we would go our server would bring out our receipt an we would hand them our card and and the transaction was made, with Kenzie on the other hand, we told her we were done and she just told us to scan the QR code and pay there and just left, I asked the manager to see if I could get a receipt and give her the card and the manager was kind enough to do that, I don’t know what her deal was, I don’t know if she was just in a bad mood or she really was trying to get us out of there. These past two visits have been for take out orders and the lady who’s at the counter just has a bad tone. The first time went okay but today (5/12/24) I placed my order on the app and it told me it would be ready at 7:30 I arrived at 7:25 and I asked her if my order was ready and she asked my name more than twice, I don’t know if I was not speaking clearly or she just didn’t know how to say my name but the way she said my name just threw me off because she even had me spell it even after I pronounced my name more than once and after she asked another girl to check on my order then told me they were now just getting it and would have to wait 15 more minutes. Let me also mention this whole seat yourself situation, I just feel like the workers are lazy and a little rude about things. Overall the place has gone down a bit when it comes to service but the food is still good. Would I come again? Probably not to this location.
When ordering our drinks and food everything seemed like everything was going to be great.
My husband and I ordered salads, his was dry, mine was ok. The two kids meals we ordered came out 20 minutes after our salads.
Food was great! Service was excellent.
Overpriced,Hair in chicken, cold chicken, waitress told us to order using our phones. I mean who goes to a buffalo wild wings and doesn't want to have a conversation with the staff. Definitely won't be coming back
