Placed a Delivery order through their website directly and received an unacceptable amount of food for each appetizer. The $9 fried pickles came with what looked like less than half of an order. The cheese curds and large fries also came with way less food than when eating there in person. If anyone received this amount of food in person, they would immediately send it back or request to speak to the manager. Will never order from this location or be back again.
The wings were delicious...I like the fact that the lemon pepper flavor wings were seasoned well. But I must say that the chicken nachos were also one of my favorites. The nachos had a delicious cheese sauce, not so hot tasty peppers and the amount of shredded chicken was perfect.
Used to love this place. Tonight I went in and sat at the bar for 10 minutes without anyone coming over, the bartender was clearly pissed and they were ludicrously understaffed. The only reason I got a beer is because someone else flagged her down for me. When they did the response was “what” from the bartender, which was the only word I got from her until asking if I wanted another 40+ minutes later. Took 15 minutes after to get the check, leaving the total at an hour for 1 beer, never offered food (which is why I came) and then waited up front to talk to management and see if maybe I could grab a table to get service, but was clear they didn’t have the staffing to allow. I spent 12 years managing in the industry. I honestly don’t mind waiting 15 minutes to be greeted when the situation is as it was, but this level of neglect is really obvious.
This isn’t on the bartender, this is on the management that allowed this to happen on an obviously busy night when the nuggets have a playoff game. You all need to support your staff, not make them make up for you. Additionally them sending people to the FAQ when their isn't even a "Orders and Visits" button is pretty interesting. Add on top of that on the reach out button this location doesn't exist. Pretty clear they don't have their ducks in a row top to bottom

The wings were good, but not cooked enough for me. (Well well done) But had an amazing server. Christina was on top of our drinks and kept our space clean. She had amazing customer service toward me and my wife, as well as making my daughter laugh. All in all good service.
I ordered online for pick up. I went to get my food, the server gave it to me and she also gave a bag to another customer that had ordered, i asked is this all my order? she said yes, I tried to check it but it was double knotted. I left got home, i was missing 1 adult burger, and 20 wings. i called to let them know, the manager after a while of explaining said she would send me a gift card home for the amount of the burger and wings so i could buy them again another day. It has been a month and the gift card is still not here!! Awful service since i spent money on food I did not eat.
We go to BWW all the time in Oklahoma City but this one seemed so busy and open and not friendly.
There was a long line and no one seemed to care so I went across the street to the Cajun restaurant and had a blast. See my review. Granted there was a game on.. it still seemed cold and crowded.
Service was horrible and the place is nasty dirty. I have never seen so much trash everywhere and the employees did nothing to fix it. I watch them just kick the trash under tables and equipment. The staff has no desire to do their job. Literally told us just to use the app. She would not bring us a menu, argued we had to order on the app and then told me we could only pay online that it takes manager approval to pay in house. Her job is server and she did not do anything to earn a tip. I love BWW but do not go to this one if the front of house is that dirty I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.
My experience was very enjoyable! As soon as we walk in we were greeted with smiles and kindness from the staff. My server Sherlyn was so sweet and took great care of us! The food came out pretty quickly and was delicious. Love the Strawberry Lemonades!! You can definitely tell they are improving as a business. I will definitely be back again.
