I love Bdub’s. This location has taken a dip lately. These were my to go onion rings. Inedible. Scorched earth. Who shipped this out as ok?
Ordered 20 wings from here and only got 17 for 30 bucks, the wings was extra hard and dry as sandpaper on the inside the box was falling apart like it’s almost possible you will be eating cardboard on your wings. I will never spend money with this company again and this isn’t the first time this happened
Usually when I get the traditional wings I don’t have any complaints. I ordered six pieces and 5/6 wings had feathers on them. I tried to pick them off and eat around it but lost my appetite. Pretty expensive wings with feathers… they did take it off the bill which was nice. But I most likely won’t be going back.
If I could give them one star, I would I ordered this without sauce on it. They put sauce on it took it back and then they forgot pretty much all the original toppings that come on this I didn’t get the slaw on it nor the fries they legit gave me bread with a few onions. The chicken was not crispy. The chicken is super cold. This seems to be an ongoing issue anytime we order at night. This is my last time ordering from there I will go to a different one. Save your self the time and money and go to a different one
Customer service is great here, food came out fast and hot. My burger was delicious and had plenty of toppings with it, my sister's chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly also. We will definitely be back for more, thanks so much for your hard work and help.
If I could leave zero stars I would.
My husband, myself, and our daughter were seated outside by the host. We sat for 15 minutes never once to be greeted by a server. There was a waitress taking care of the table behind us who never once acknowledged us.
I went inside and told a waitress what was going on and she said she would send a server out right away, we sat another 5 minutes still NO ONE came to us. When leaving we notified the manager of what happened and he made it very obvious he didn’t care a bit, with his reply of “sorry about that I’m busy in the kitchen”.
Absolutely would never come back to this location.
We are vegetarians but found chicken in our cauliflower wings. They took our plate, didn’t say anything, not even a sorry. We weren’t looking for a discount or replacement, but we were expecting at least an apology.
Restaurant is reasonably clean for such a busy place, service is prompt and professional (and kind), and the food was delicious ???? I recommend this location for both dine in and take out! Our server Dom was awesome ???? I've been here multiple times and never had a bad experience
