The service was great, but the wings were awful! They were fried too long and extra crunchy. Not the type of crunchy you want for buffalo wings because it is not fried chicken we are eating. The wings are also and have always been too small to be as overpriced as they are. It was so disappointing.
The tables were not getting clean quickly that we had to go to be seated at one table and then another one because they were dirty. The floors were a bit too messy for me too.
My most recent visit i ordered traditional wings but they got my order wrong and gave me boneless
Every time I order dry rub wings I have to check and ask for more seasoning because every time they hardly put any seasoning on the wings
Waitress got our drink order quickly , she was nice and attentive. The wings were way over cooked and dark looking because of it. Might need to either retrain the cook or have them keep a close eye on them and take food temp so they can be perfect. Not sure if I would go there again.
The facility was not kept up with. The tables were not clean that were empty. We ordered our meals separately, and they brought one plate out and forgot about mine. I watched a big table of ten or more get drinks, appetizers, and their meals. We had to wave down the waitress so she could go find my food, that was cold by the time I got it. Management needs to get a hold of this facility and turn it around. I do not recommend eating here at this location.
My sever was good. The Manager and kitchen are Horrible. I had to sit and wait for my order for over half an hour for my food. DO NOT GO TO THE BUFFALO WILD WINGS IN HOBBS, NEW MEXICO
WORST RESTAURANT I've EVER been to. You HAVE TO ordered on your phone, no food menu, only menus are for alcohol. Wings were served cold and 15 MINUTES between our orders reaching the table. Service was so poor I was embarrassed for them. Our bill was over 67 and we tipped on top of that.
We will NEVER eat at a Buffalo wild wings again.
Way over priced and the food I wouldn't feed to my dogs.
10 wings fries with 2 veggie orders to go. Took an hour! Fries were old and stale. The 2 veggie orders did not make it into the bag along with napkins...
For the first time I can say it was terrible. The new phone ordering system that they're trying did not work. At least let me say it did not work properly. In order things that I did not want the waitress had to cancel the order so I can start over once I started over it's still came out wrong everything that I did not want on my food was on my food and things I did want was missing. It also ordered food again that I did not want I just chose to keep it because I didn't refuse to have to try to reorder and go through the process again. It still took my food way too long to come out. I had to wait 30 minutes for the rest of my order. And while the food that came out my fries tasted old as if they had been waiting for someone else and decided to give them to me.
