Ordered the fried pickles, cheese curds, pretzels, wings, and a chicken wrap. The food here was very good, and our server was amazing. I wish I caught her name before we left so I could promote her!
I’ve been to BWW in every corner of the country. I always order the same thing. My favorite black bean burger…. This was the worst experience. There’s maybe a tablespoon of guacamole and .01 ml of sauce ????????♀️ The patty is usually on the dryer side due to the ingredients… but this has a whole new type of crunch.
This is the glass they gave me my beer in and look how dirty it is. Was watching ufc 299 and I didn’t notice because it’s so dark in the room. But what made it worst is the place wouldn’t give me a refund or new one. They said it must be from the last glass that had Carmel on it. Like that’s disgusting and not clean, the restaurant wasn’t either. On top of that they didn’t even acknowledge their mistake. Not even the so called manager…(the guy w the glasses) yucky!!! Staff rude as hell !!!!!!!!! Wash your dishes or just admit you made a mistake.
Not the place to be. The food isn't fresh, that was realized with the salad. I got the boneless mild wings, and the sauce is way too salty. Service was nice and quick, but overall I'm going somewhere else next time.
Old story but worth a share for the laugh. During covid I came to this location and walked in through the pickup door to pick up my pickup order. This was when everyone was doing the directional arrows on the ground... There was nobody in line or anywhere near the register so I walked up and asked for my order.. The lady working the register made me walk back outside and in through the front door to follow the arrows where I had to interact with two waitresses and walk past a family eating at a table ???? when I explained how counterintuitive that was she responded with "yeah but cuz COVID you have to" wings are also pretty consistently dry and under seasoned
I used to live in another state, where I would always get the crispy chicken salad with medium sauce, which always consisted of several tasty pieces of chicken completely smothered in sauce. Just ordered the same thing from this BWW and this is what I got - two chicken strips (that taste microwaved) with the faintest whisper of sauce drizzled on top. This salad was my favorite thing at my old location - but this one is just disappointment in salad form! Only reason for the 2nd star is because the side of cheese curds were KIND OF OK.
I ate here and 6 hours later I am having food poisoning. Not a good look, the girl on the phone told me to go get seen and then they can refund. Yeah, let me spend 200$ for an urgent care visit for a 20 buck refund. It wasnt about the refund, I was just telling them theyre getting people sick. Go somewhere else, just look up the oil they fry their wings in, its absolutely disgusting.
As far as what they are i would say they do very well. I love their wings, dripping with ranch and blue cheese. The breading is always crunchy on the boneless but if you like it wet get the bone in. They have deserts and lots of beer. If you want a quiet place then don't come here. Very good looking wait staff ????
