If you order takeout and go in there it's a zoo nobody can even give you an ETA on food. All you get is I'll go check on it and I'm sorry but you can be the judge the brisket burger looks nothing like they have online super Bland I think I had two or three pieces of brisket on it for an $18 burger and like kids size thing of fries ridiculous
Went out to lunch with my son for his birthday. The waitress we had was so friendly and on top of everything. (Apps, drinks, food) It's been a while since we had a server go above and beyond. Thank you for all your hard work.
Update: Ordered dinner tonight 05/10/23 and had the worst experience I have ever had. The food was so dry and flat out nasty. We of course ordered delivery and wasn't there. If I wanted to be this disappointed I would have gotten a gas station hot dog.
I always get a craving for some wings and tend to go to BWs when I do. Sad thing is everytime I get food from there something seems to go wrong and working in the restaurant industry myself know what should be expected. I ordered food online and got confirmation with a given time. I know normally it can take a little longer than said time, so I showed up 15 min later. I entered the takeout area and it took a few minutes for someone to notice and ask me about my order and name. After they said they would check and walked into back, I noticed they resumes working without giving me any indication of what was up left standing like a doof staring around I sat at a table and continue to wait. Another 10-15 min go by before I realized I got forgotten about and had to walk up to bar to remind the employee who I originally thought was helping. It took about 50 minutes for me to receive my order of wings. This does not happen at any restaurant I ever worked, and if it does the manager would be more than happy to make the horrible experience right because they do it for much less. I waited to speak with the manager and she was very nice, but I was shocked all she would do was offer to inspect the temperature of my food and give me extra sauces. Total waste of my time and left with increased blood pressure and a loss of appetite. A good manager would not only apologize but would want to at least pay for the meal if not at least offer a gift card. Since I have had several bad experiences here now and the fact the manager blew it off in a way that made it seem like the issue happens often enough they can't afford to compensate everyone this happens to, I would definitely advice to rethink placing any takeout orders here, especially during the day time!
Blonde lady with the bun was the best…great customer service and patience with our large party. However y’all need some more staff! That’s probably why we had awkward wait times, parts of people orders coming out far apart, the thirst for refills, and the list could go on, but and I’ll leave it at that! Food was still pretty good.
BWW was nice to do a Veterans Day dinner, but unfortunately, I didn't train the staff how to ring it through.
After the slow service to get the order and the food, it took a couple of times to get the bill. It was still wrong, so I gave her cash for bill and tip, and told her to figure it out to get the correct amount.
DO NOT GO - You’ll regret it when you pay for cold wings that were not properly prepared.
*45+ minute wait on 20 wings (actually, not just speaking out of anger/disappointment)
One interaction from waitress in that time, had to check to make sure my order was taken.
*Wings came out and they did not tumble the wings in sauce as per policy, some worker squirted a bit of sauce on each wing. It looked ridiculous and unappetizing. Not worth the 50 dollars I paid for my bill.
*went to the bathroom there after, the kid who restocked the paper towels at 3:45pm went into the stall and got high… stunk up the whole bathroom of pot.
*waitress must have been aware or didn’t care about my experience but still delivered the customer service type mentality which really meant she had checked out mentally.
*manager was a young woman who admitted my wings were not to standard and apologized, yet my 60 minute wait for 20 wings (after returning the first batch and getting the manager) was of no red flag or did not warrant any sort of comp or discount. No… if you make someone wait 60 minutes to eat 20 wings, you comp them… you pay half or comp their beers. Common sense, been a customer for more then ten years.
Overall, I’ll say it like this.. you are getting substandard service, lack of awareness, zero accountability and no remorse. They charged me full price on my 20 wings and two beers despite having waited an hour total and experiencing horrible service and being made late for my plans.
Do not go. You guys want this review taken down, you can comp my meal and promise change.
Not sure what's happening with this franchise, but their wings are abysmal. My husband got a plate full of bones with skin on them. My salad was missing half the ingredients and the restaurant was woefully empty. I'm not going to state the obvious as to why. The wait staff were very nice and as helpful as they could be. They should all maybe find a better run restaurant to work at. I'm sure the declining food quality doesn't help their tips. We won't be back.
4 of my friends and myself went to this location tonight and first of all, the food and drinks were excellent! However, best of all was the waiter (David) and manager (Mat) were beyond friendly and provided us with some of the best service I have had in a very long time. We can’t wait to come back!
