Nice wing spot and descent food, but dirty restroom and a touch up on the dining area would make it much better. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. We tipped her over 25%!
Not that I'm a B-Dubs connoisseur, but I've definitely been to some locations where the experience has been left wanting. Definitely not so here. Fast service and friendly staff, and kept clean. Super easy to bring the toddler- he can zone out and get sensory overload from all the TV's, and if he does get worked up, the atmosphere is loud and casual enough that I doubt anyone would ever really care.
There was a time a few years ago that we stopped going to BW3s as the menu got stale and frankly the wings were not up to par.
Thankfully, that has changed and we've really been enjoying the new burgers, additional sauces, cheese curds, etc., and the wings have returned to the their former glory.
The service is always really good and the no time it's off a bit is when it's game day but honestly I don't know how anyone keeps up with that level of madness.
We really enjoy this location and will continue to frequent it.
I was walking into the building and saw a man in a Buffalo Wild Wings uniform sitting on the bench looking down. I asked how he was doing and he replied with “ this is the only break I get, a minute of fresh air” (can’t remember his entire quote) but i felt for the poor guy. He was covered in sweat and genuinely looked whooped. This establishment gives me slave owner vibes. I would love to see more affection for the cooks. This was heartbreaking to see
Hostesses seemed very clueless, didn’t greet us when we approached the stand. Food did not come out at the same time for the 3 guests at the table. Salad was missing toppings. Every time we come there as been an issues. Slow service, missing items, food not up to par. Over the years we have been coming here less and less. Every time I am hopeful and every time I am let down. This may be the last time. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the server was alright, not great but just okay. And the table was clean.
Came in with my family for dinner and I was absolutely appalled by the wait time. What could have possibly caused our order to take so long! After a while we finally got our food and I have to say I was disappointed, they must of had the second coming of Helen Keller chiefing up my meal back there because my burger was all over the place! They also gave me bread reminiscent of WW1 trench provisions, some doomsday prep type bread. The bun was so hard and stale but I still gave it a chance, I choked down some of my meal and was fine until a few minutes later I needed to use the restroom. As soon I open the door to the restroom I am immediately greeted to a flash flood zone of pee not even remotely close to any urinal after further examination I see that is this only one stall which was taken. I asked the staff if there was any other stall locations but they said no ( seriously! ) so I head back to the one stall and wait for my turn. Finally! A heavy set man walks out and I am able to go in. But I am shocked to what I saw, poop on the floor that completely missed the toilet that looked similar to rabbit droplings. As I stand there I notice my oldest son enter and immediately slipped into the sea of pee under him. After seeing that my family left, worst experience ever.

The level of attentiveness and care shown by her truly elevated the entire meal. The new sauce flavors were absolutely delightful, adding a burst of flavor to every bite. I highly recommend Courtney to anyone seeking an outstanding dining experience.
I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s been fine, but the service has been awful recently. Another server decided to come help us because ours was busy laughing it up with friends. They forgot about half of our food until I had to say something and they brought it out right away (most likely it was just sitting in the back). They also tried charging us for a drink we didn’t buy.
