As for the food, it was good. However, outside of being very short handed, our waitress was extremely rude. We asked for water, never got it. Never even got items that came with what we ordered. We flat out couldn't even get her attention. Her attitude sucked and she was very short with us. Nothing against B-DUBS it's self but need to really pick up on your hiring skills. Unfortunately after this experience I'll need to think about eating there anytime in the future.
I was there this evening, and as always my food was great!
But the waitress ( Yvonne ) was one of a kind, not in a good way either. With my order I asked for Blue Cheese Dressing and both times she brought me Ranch. Asked for a water never got that the whole time I was there, and in my opinion not all around a person that should work in a field of hospitality. Just straight rude. How does a waitress not serve a water if asked..... Very unhappy with the service I got tonight.
I haven’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in almost year due to some bad experiences, but today I decided to give it another try.I had a takeout order this morning and when I got there the boy at the desk greeted me very politely and made sure I was taken care of. He was very kind and when my food came out quickly I made sure everything was in the bag and sure enough it was. Not being there for almost a year I had quite a bit of questions about the menu and the boy went out of his way to make sure they were answered, plus I could tell he really knew what he was talking about and it made my experience so much better. At the end I asked for his name and he said it was Jose. I had a great experience and if the employees now are anything like him I’ll have to keep coming.10/10 service and the food was great too!!!
I have always loved BW3 over the years from where I previously lived and used to patronize a couple times a month. BUT...3 of the last 4 visits at this one have been something else. Horrible service, forgotten items but still charged, room temp food, and we all make mistakes I know but where and when do you draw the line over numerous visits? I will start with the fact that service this evening was great. I feel sorry for the waitress. She had a trainee plus 7 tables plus running the bar. Unreal the amount of work put on her. The appz as usual barely warm. Onion rings were good per norm, the fried pickles usually great were cold and mushy batter underneath the crisp...fried nowhere near long enough. There were 3 of us today. 2 of us ordered Boneless wings and the third ordered one of the new tender sandwiches. 1 order of wings came out. Waited a couple mins nothing else.. so started the timer 5 mins after the initial 2 mins-ish the second order of wings came out.. then 10 MINUTES after the second entree came out the sandwich finally arrived. So over the course of 15 mins minimum it took all 3 meals to come out sporadically. Mind you, there were runners bringing out the food not the waitress since she was busting her hump with everything else. Maybe not enough help in the kitchen, can't hire people blah blah I've heard it all. Still not reasonably accepted to have food come out as if we were all separate customers at separate tables. By the time the third entree came out, the other two meals could have been eaten. But instead we waited as one should do so everyone can eat together eventhough the first two meals were cold at this point. Yes..I am an excellent tipper and very understanding of the service industry. However, it will be a very, very long, if ever, time before returning to this B-Dubs.
I think this is my first review that has ever been negative… I went out to lunch with my son and we ordered 2 different types of wings, mango habanero and Asian zing. They brought out the wings in same platter on top of eachother. You had no idea what was what as they’re the same color. My son had to smell each wing to see what was what. I ordered the green hatch Chile burger and I picked it up and the meat literally crumbled and fell apart. It didn’t just break in half, it literally crumbled into pieces. I then proceeded to eat my burger with a fork. I mentioned to the waitress about the wings and she said okay I’ll get the manager. He walked over and said oh yeah I can see how you can’t tell which is what since they’re the same color. Mind you I’m used to being at Buffalo Wild Wings and when you order different flavors the wings are usually in little paper boats or a metal tray separating each flavor, this was not the case. I said to myself that this wasn’t the waitresses fault as she didn’t cook our food. But… the waitress never once came back to get us refills as our empty cups sat at the edge of the table. It wasn’t busy by any means, but she still never refilled our drinks. I apologized for complaining because I feel bad saying anything but I knew had to. Five dollars was taken off for the mixed wing flavors which was okay I suppose, but me and my son agreed we think we are done with Buffalo Wild Wings and that has been our spot for some time.
In my 40 plus years of life this was the first time I left no tip for a server. Every employee I encountered was disinterested and rude. My server took 20 minutes to give me a check after I found her sitting at a table chit chatting with friends. I wouldn't come back here if they paid me to eat their food which was subpar. What a waste of time and money.
Had the Cheese Curd Bacon Burger, which is amazing and extremely filling.
What I like to do is add dry rub to the cheese curds on the burger itself, #1 cause it's free to do, and #2 cause it makes it taste that much better.
I personally like their Lemon Pepper, and Chipotle BBQ dry rubs the best.
The waitress was very polite and quick with our orders and always checked on us to see if we needed anything else, and she also gave me a side of the Chipotle BBQ dry rub, (which was the one I had this time) just in case I wanted more on the cheese curds.
Even though I didn't end up needing it, I appreciate the fact that she thought that I might.

My husband ordered boneless wings with like garlic. The wins were mush and really spicy. We asked if they were spicy and were told no. I ordered the brisket tacos. $12 something for 3 tiny tacos. They were no bigger than the mini tacos you get at the store. My son got the cheeseburger and that was mediocre at best.
