I believe my driver's name was Corey. I called him VERY early in the morning because I was in a very bad situation and needed out. (Not going to go into detail as it is sensitive information). He was there within 5-7 minutes and only charged me $25 (everyone else wants $50 or even $60) to drive from Charleston to my home (30-35 drive). He was kind to my dog even though she was scared and wanted to climb onto his lap, he was very polite to me and got me home safely so I forever will be thankful for him & Budget Taxi. That man needs a raise. Thank you for helping me get out of a helpless situation Corey. I will be using their services if another emergency arises, which, hopefully never will happen again. But you never know when you're going to find yourself in a jam. I don't know the details about the bad reviews but you have to keep in mind these people are picking multiple people from and to multiple places. Sometimes things don't worry out correctly and that's just how life is.
Said he would pick me up @6am he never showed up my train was running late and I could have made it if he showed now I am missing a very important doctor appointment for my bariatric program now I have to go tomorrow to carl hospital and beg my doctor not to kick me off it iam only allowed 2cancellations. He never even called to tell me he wasn't" going to make it .very unprofessional.
I had the best driver ever this morning. I needed a ride and was afraid to call a taxi due to some bad experiences. Christy was great I would recommend her anyday. Penny
Called saying that he was going to be at my place around 9:45am I had called 2 maybe 3 times before I found another ride and now I'm over an hour late to work!!!
This was barely a working car. They picked me up late in the dirtiest car I’ve ever seen with a cracked windshield. The driver was texting while driving the entire time. We ended up picking up another random person on the way to my location which was completely the opposite direction from where I wanted to go. Do not use this service
Decent price for a taxi. Could have been worse. He shot me a cheaper quote than one of the other companies in the area that never showed and wouldn't answer. Helluva nice guy kept the conversation going for the hour or so drive. Thank you sir! Next time im in the area and need a ride again.. You'll be the first one I'll call.
They think it's ok to drive through people's yards to get from one house to the next!! If you are that scared to back into traffic maybe you shouldn't be driving!
I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS. My Fiancé scheduled a taxi the night before he needed the taxi for 9:30am for his FIRST DAY at a new job by 10am. The night service informed us they would pass it along to day shift, and the taxi would be here at 9:30. After waiting until 10:15 and calling multiple times, his job informed him to not come in due to being late. So he lost the job opportunity. The lady on the phone was completely immune to the fact. Horrible horrible horrible service. Would NOT recommend. Use literally any other service!!!!!!
