If I could actually rate this place correctly, it would be -3. The rate on line states $56 but actually it was $70 a night. Upon entering the room, it is very dark. The lights are very dimmed with outdated light shades. The bed sheets were dirty on both beds. They had food crumbs on them from the previous guests. There were also mouse dropping on the floor in between the beds.
The bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned for quite some time. Soap scrums were over all the shower walls. The little vanity area for the sink was dirty as well. The mirrors were broken around the edges.
The microwave was filthy. It had burnt food on the glass. The outside of the microwave was sticky and had food items smeared on the side.
There were no amenities. No towels in the room at all. No hand soap. No coffee pot. Not a bucket to get ice. Which the ice machine is filthy anyway.
I wouldn't spend another dime on a room at this establishment. There are better hotels around the same area. Spend your hard earn money at a place you can rest.

The room was barely put together. Lots of lightswitches that do nothing and holes where things used to be. The shower head might as well have been an open spigot. It was dirty and old and some dude was yelling for like an hour at 2am out in the parking lot. Classic motel, couldn't be happier.
Absolutely just sleep on the street before you sleep here. The customer service is horrible and they have BEDBUGS and they are the size of roaches. DONT DO IT!!!! YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE SLAMMING DOORS AND WALKING ALL NIGHT.....
The price isn't 55 it's 65 in total. For a one bedroom for night. It's cheap, not very clean, but okish it you are in a bad spot and need a place to crash. It smells awful.
If you stay here bring handsoap, toilet paper, air freshener, pen and paper, and beach in a spray bottle. Other than that it's fine and next to a McDonald's and doughnuts shop.
We stayed on April 20 2020 we have bedbug bites all over us. There was a wet dirty white rag hanging up for us to use, there was dirty smelly towels for us to use, the blankets and bedding was nasty filthy bloody, it reeked of all kinds of odor, there was chewing gum stuck to one of the pictures on the wall, there was a empty beer cans under the coffee table. The mattress was stained tremendously with bodily fluids the whole place was disgusting. This place needs to be condemned , Health department definitely needs to go out infestation with bedbugs warning do not go there you would be better off sleeping on the side of the road
The jubilee was in Selma, so I decided to be there. I shouldn't have chosen this hotel. I don't know which is worst: the owner or the room. The homeless looking Indian female owner,Judy,is the rudest most bullying person that I have ever had contact with when I was went to Selma.Don't be fooled; She isn't nice. I had to find her name out and call the police. Come to find out another customer called the police on her as well. |The room was no better. That room was not clean. There was trash underneath the bed. The bed had bedbugs on the side. The sheets looked like it had old blood on it. I should've just slept in the chair. The refrigerator and bathroom is gross. Mold and filth. Shortage of light bulbs. Old phone. The tv is an older model so don't expect a quality picture. Very outdated. There was only soap and dingy towels. No toothbrush or toothpaste. If you ever go to Selma, just please for the love of God don't stay here.
Whatever you do not stay at this hotel. Didn't feel safe when we pulled up. But decided to stay since we had prepaid. The room had roaches no iron or ironing board. Had to go to separate building to ask for an iron and mini ironing board that you sit on a table. The room smelled. The pool was not fit for my dog to swim. This is the hotel prostitutes take their johns. The owner was one of the rudest men I have ever met. Had to book another hotel down the street. Wouldn't stay there if they paid me.
This was the most disgusting place. My husband and I went because we work out of town. First..the toilet had not been scrubbed..the shower tiles were being eaten away by ants....the sheets had crusty stains on them and it smelled like marijuana. Brought the owner to look at the room and he refused a refund...we slept in the truck that night
