Great food, great service. this is one of the food shops that make up the Food Pavilion at the Premium outlet.
This was my first time here, went shopping and decided to get a quick bite. The food was overcooked..burnt onion rings and wings. Lemon pepper wings need more seasoning.
Ate there twice in one day. Food was pretty okay. First Lady was extremely pleasant. Second was not very welcoming. The first lady is the reason for the 4 stars.
GREAT PLACE to GRAB SOME FOOD AND ENJOY FABULOUS RACIST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m standing in the line for 10 minutes and NO ONE, i repeat, NO ONE care to encounter me, look at me nor even ask if i need some help. When a girl, who was working on the grill, started to notice me, she asked from far away “Wat ya want hun?”, and me standing at the place order section, screaming back “Can i have...?” Omgoodness. And then i have to wait for another 5’ for her to come close and checked out for me. I have Georgia burger with coleslaw. Luckily, the burger was better than the service I’d experienced, beef was cooked well and tender. Unfortunately, the cole slaw was horrible, veggies was not fresh and they didnt put enough dressing. Actually, they put so little so that the coleslaw will not dry out sitting in the freezer. Well i will not come back to this place and so will my friends or anyone i know.
P/S: I am not bringing “racist” word for attention because right after i left, a black and white couples move forward and immediately, a lady from the next food store showed up and took their order very nicely! Well i think i’m too Asian to be treated fairly :)
Pretty good food and service for a very slow Friday. Patty wasn't frozen and cooked fresh as far as I know and I got good service. The price is way to high for out of nowhere. It seems like Atlanta city prices. I guess it is because of the Premium Outlets.
Traditional lemon pepper wings were good. Just needed a lil more lemon & pepper to the chicken and not seasoning salt.
We ate the double cheeseburgers here and they were tasty. Their fries are really good as well. Depending on the time of day and how long the line is you get one or two people serving customers and I've never seen the wait become too long here.
Great friendly staff ... but french fries tasted like they were cooked in oil that needed changing out.
