Fun atmosphere with lots of televisions so they can have different games showing all the time. Interesting combinations of flavors (really liked the chicken nachos.) Pizzas are large and loaded with toppings- we brought half of ours home after our first visit. Kids' portions were appropriate, even for older children. Good beer selection, decent pricing for the area.
Absolutely fantastic food. One of the best servers we've ever had in Mountain Home. Great menu selection and even with one cook and being fairly busy, our food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. Lots of sports and Motorsports on the TVs, exceptionally clean floors and walls. Love the design of the bar in a quasi post-industrial meets a heritage wall Stone something or other it's just all works. Parking is a little difficult if you got a bigger vehicle but great handicap parking and wide ramps for Wheelchairs and such.
Delicious food. Fun atmosphere. Good service. The fries are amazing with ranch dressing. Left full and happy! Buckets of FUN!
Wow the service here is so great. We had 20 people all together and Emily, Abby, and Kris handled us with ease! Good food, good music made for a great Friday evening. We will return.
I don't think a business in Mountain Home could be a better representation of the community. Of the items I have tried so far, the wings, cheese sticks, jalapeno coins and buffalo tots are all amazing. Unfortunately that's about the extent of the good. How does this represent the town you ask? Let's start with the parking lot. When you pull in on either side of the building all the parking spaces are angled for cars pulling in. ON BOTH SIDES! Which means you are going against traffic when leaving either side. How about the fact that they have a drive through that isn't mentioned on the website, which is only open during certain hours/depending on how busy it is. It's not always monitored, so if you do decide or are forced to use it, just call the restaurant and eventually someone will answer who can get someone to come to the window. Don't order online because you can't order through them without calling them and they may not receive the order otherwise. I guess depending on who you voted for you might enjoy the atmosphere. Lastly, the portions/condiments may vary depending on what bartender is working. Usually the wings are huge, but I recently received an order of boneless wings that were the same size if not smaller than McDonald's nuggets. Sometimes you get the tots in a big box, sometimes a small one, so no way to confirm that you are getting the same amount. How does this represent the community? In summary, there's a few really great things about Buckets, but there's just as many things, if not more, that are areas of improvement.
Buckets was delish! We came here Halloween night and the staff were great! Food was so good! Had the mushroom Swiss burger! The potatoes were amazing!! Will be back!!!
