What a fantastic burger! Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had and I've eaten a lot of burgers. The beef was cooked to a perfect medium and the onion ring flavor was extremely memorable. If you're ever in the Zville area, this is the place to go for a great meal.
This was our first time at Bub's and we don't know why we waited so long to try it. We were greated by many staff members as we walked through the door. Paisley was so patient and helpful explaining the options on the menu and her recommendations. She checked on us often. Burgers were hot and fresh and cooked to perfection. Side salad was huge with fresh veggies. Onion rings were some of the best we've had in a long time. Mint chocolate chip shake was amazing!! Faith came around checking to see if we were happy with our meal & waitress. She even took time to talk about a food allergy a family member has so we knew whether or not he could come in the future. We will definitely be back!!
Not from the area. My sister took me to this place for a post eclipse dinner. It was really good. The menu is semi limited, but that just means they per-fect their items so there's never a questionable dish. We all got something different and everything was exceptional. The food looked so good, I didn't even take a picture first, I just gobbled it down. There are no surprises with this place. Everything is clarified. And when you visit, you will know what I mean. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be requesting my sister bring me back.
Burger was incredibly messy but it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS ???? would definitely come back here again. Ice cream is nothing special and we finally had to go ask someone for service to get any so definitely go for the food.
Visited this place with my mother. VERY friendly and kind service (sad this is NOT the case in all establishments). Food came out very quickly and was cooked to order. Nice little local establishment I highly recommend if you’re ever in the area.
What a random, simple, cool place! As you can see on their menu, they seem to have perfected what they do well and stuck with it. Simple but good, especially if you like building your own burger to order.
I went with a group of 14 coworkers for lunch today (9/2022 - Thursday @ 11:45). Our server, Jason, was extremely patient, polite and friendly, and all of our orders appeared to come out right, but it felt like it took forever to get our food, so I’m not sure who was to blame for that. Especially considering none of us attempted the “Big Ugly Challenge” they appear to be famous for… just look at their walls covered in pictures of people who have beat it. ????
I personally would have preferred to sit outside on their enormous patio, and I’m sure it’s an entirely different vibe at various days/times throughout the year, but this time around, I’ll say overall it was a nice experience. Not super busy. And seemed like the perfect setting and opportunity to get to know my teammates and coworkers just a little bit better. ????????????????
I had high expectations of this place when I arrived. I had the double ugly and it was good. But just good. Not great. Ordered waffle fries too. They were good with the cheese dip. Overall I probably will not return. The price for myself and another person was over $60 not including tip. We had a small onion ring two burgers and one basket of fries with drinks. Bub's just isn't a good value.
Worst food ever. Old grease. Fish was cheap frozen from grocery store. Burger was dry with no flavor. Fries tasted like fish because they were probably cooked in the same old oil. No silverware to speak of. I will never eat here again. 2 strikes and you are out
