Great customer service very honest people bought a used transmission from them put it in to find out it was defective he refunded my money no hassle will definitely recommend them to everyone i know so glad there is still honest people out here they could of told me to kick rocks like most other salvage yards would have thanks again

They wanted to charge 160.00 to tell me why my car air conditioner won't hold a charge????. Said I wouldn't find anyone to check it for less!!! As it turns out with only one other phone call I got it checked out for only $79.00 someplace else ..lol. can only imagine how much they would have overcharged to actually fix it????. Got everything checked and fixed for under 300.00!! Not ever taking anything to them.
James and Carol have a very reputable business. Always pleased with their service and friendly personalities. James is an honest knowledgeable mechanic. I have taken my cars to him for years now and have complete trust.
Unfortunately, their Air Conditioning diagnostics is not very good. I spent $85 for Freon and a dye , then had to take it back. Then they said it sprang another leak, needed a hose. They did not think it would cost that much. But $372 later, now I need a condenser, cost $900. If they had told me up front it might be $1200, I would have known not to waste all the money I had.
I am very ecstatic about my experience, I took my Edge to 3 different shops and they couldn't find out what was wrong and if i did they was ripping me off in the price... Browns auto was #1 im very happy i took my car to them, im not going to anyone no more. They are my guys!!!!
