Great job on my brows. Not too thin. Recommend!
i have naturally big, full, long and thick eyebrows. The worker took off most of my eyebrows leaving me with shapeless sticks for brows. Didn’t trim the hairs which added to the shapelessness. Threads so incredibly slow which makes it much more painful than it needs to be. Plus, she was not friendly and the price is more expensive than most places. Do not go here unless you want early 2000s line brows.
My 15 year old daughter had her eyebrows done today and they look great! We were apprehensive since we heard it was painful but she went ahead with no issues. She did show the woman a photo of her brows to illustrate what she wanted. The price of $12 was well worth it and we will definitely go back.
I've been to quite a few eye brow threading places and I've had good and bad experiences. But I do feel the need to review this place. She was not very friendly, and while she was doing my eyebrows all of a sudden she is talking. I say "huh?" But realize she's not talking to me. She is on the phone! She has earbuds in, talking on the phone, while doing my eyebrows. I would let this go if my eyebrows were done decently. They are not. My eyebrows are naturally different, but she made them noticeably more different. I feel like if she was not on the phone, she would have been more conscience. I may give this place another shot, but man... so weird.
My eyebrows have never looked as good as they do when I have them threaded here. The woman who works here is lovely. She is not a fluent english speaker, but she is very nice and does a great job communicating. I read the other review, and I'm not sure who would ever imagine that having the rest of your face done would be included in a $10 eyebrow threading?! She always asks if you want any other part of your face done, and I just simply tell her no.
Been there many times but the last few times she’s been inconsistent. This last time one of my eyebrows was much thinner than the other one. Didn’t realize this until after I left because the lady no longer gives a hand mirror for customers to examine the work. Once she’s done, she just hands you a tissue and walks to the register. Customer service was never great, but it has steadily been declining. And the quality of work can be a hit or miss.
My favorite place to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. I’ve been going here for years and I’m more than happy every single time. My skin reacts better to threading and I feel it is less painful. Excellent customer service
I've been here at least seven times since I moved here in June. I usually have my eyebrows done by a young lady who is AWESOME. She is so sweet and does an amazing job.
But today I had a man I haven't seen before. I told him I wanted my eyebrows done which he did and in the end looked good. But he also did my upper lip without asking me and then proceeded to charge me for it. Not only this but he also tried to convince me to do my whole face because he could "make the hairs looks smaller" as he shoved a mirror in my face. I told him that the lip and brows were enough but he repeated to me that I needed to get my face done. As a woman I was truly offended that he would repeatedly say such a thing and then continue to try to pressure me to do my whole face. After the third time of explaining, I spoke loud and clear that I only wanted my eyebrows done and that I don't want to pay for my whole face. He scoffed at me, frustrated that I would not give any more business, and then he finally stopped trying to pressure me. At this point he trimmed my eyebrows. He didn't wipe them clean and then gave me a mirror and tissue. I cleaned my eyebrows off myself and was highly disappointed at the VERY POOR customer service he had. Maybe he was having a rough day but I am a very loyal customer who usually tips above and beyond for a job well done. He. was. horrid.
If you go here please never let that man touch you! Always look for the kind lady that usually works there. She is amazing and deserves all the service in the world.
