Absolutely amazing service the man name Elio is great and work with me and explained in detail everything about my car and showed me what he did I like that I need to see what's being done and they had no problem showing me
I don’t understand why I have to give one star. This Helio guy had told me before to get to his shop early to leave my vehicle for him to fix it. So, I arrived early, it looks like a ghost shop, some guy comes and tells me to park (awful “parking”), and to wait, that he doesn’t know anything about no appointment, he doesn’t know where this Helio guy is at and just like that he went back to the car he was working on. Another “mechanic” shows up, and says he just works there and knows nothing more, I asked for a card to call Helio and he gave me his number on a piece of paper. Worst part of my experience here, I call, remind Helio he told me to be there early and mention that I don’t want to bother him but I had to call him because his workers know nothing of his whereabouts and that I just wanted to know how long he was going to take to come back; he says he’ll be back in 15 min “If” I want to wait, and that he doesn’t have to tell no one where he’s going. Well, Helio guy, hello, you are running a business and it would be nice for you to understand that you are dealing with customers here, not with animals in a farm; oh! and then to my “relief” the worker who gave me the cell number tells me that the way Helio treated me on the phone it’s the same way he treats his employees! Pathetic. Never going back and I will tell the guy who recommended Helio guy, not to recommend trash.
Always gets the job done. Been a reliable mechanic and location for the past 3years.. when in need they come through. The whole team. They have a lot of loyal costumers !!! I became one.
Unbelievable honest service with quality to match. ZERO PRICE GAUGING. People frequently come from outside the county, to ensure they're not being taken advantage of. Parking is limited, and they may have to get creative with it to accommodate you, but they get it done. Ask for Elio upon arrival or when calling. Open Mon thru Sat. Saturday closing hour of 12:00pm.
Lies I was told my a/c was removed and replacement for a new one. Witch was a lie. I paid for a new a.c. compressor and stopped working took it back & I was told my warranty had expired. So I took it to a different shop they fixed it removed it and find out I actually had paid for a new part when and how you actually purchase it at a junkyard so I paid for a used ac compressor but the owner of the told me that it was brand new from autozone
The reason for one star is there is no parking, it's really hard and dangerous to get in or out of that place, while getting out you have to back up right in the middle of intersection, which is not only embarrassing but also dangerous and you are risking a ticket. Careful.
Honest mechanic. The only negative is long wait time to be assisted. But highly recommend the mechanic helio knows his stuff
Helio is excellent, and very helpful after all my inquiries and helpful.
