We came here after the eclipse. Only one server but a trainee was there to help and we finally got served and got our yummy food.
First off food is mid. My chicken tenders were super dry and the nachos were not nachos. My friend got food poisoning from the buffalo chicken wrap too… second, the service is SLOWW. I waited at least 30 minutes plus for my food after I ordered. Lots of sexual harassment happens and no employee seems to care. I even saw the bartenders taking shots.. as a restaurant employee I would never. Sorry for such a harsh review but there’s definitely some things this restaurant needs to work on. Great drinks though!
First time eating at Brothers. My hamburger was cold I took one bite. Our server was with a table of 5 as our food sat in the window waiting. When we told her she didn't do anything to correct it. I ask for the bill she had the nerve to ask if I wanted a box. Wow!! The fried pickles was the only thing hot and good. Even the table of 5 sent food back. Never again.
We were in town for a visit to Ball State & we had a good experience at a different brothers location before. I did see many bad reviews, but thought it couldn't be that bad...I was wrong!!! It was awful!!! We got there a little after 11am & were the only table for awhile. Server didn't greet us very quickly for having no one else in the building & food took ridiculously long & was awful!! We got the appetizer sampler & I watched as parts of it sat in the window for over ten minutes while the cook was preparing the rest(it took over a half hour to get) & I ordered my chicken sandwich with no mayo, it came out with mayo & before I could tell the server not to , she took it back to the kitchen & I watched in horror as the cook dropped the same patty back in the oil to cook off the mayo. Save yourself a headache & money & go somewhere else!!! Listen to the reviews!!
We were sat and waited nearly 30 mins for a server to ask us even a drink order. This was around 12:00pm on a Saturday. There were 6 tables seated in the restaurant. After we got our drinks another 30 minutes passed before a food order was asked. We didn’t get our food until nearly 2pm. We only stayed because the person we were visiting in the Ball State campus was wanting to eat there and we wanted to get her a nice meal since she is a college student.
Definitely our best visit to Brothers so far! The atmosphere was pleasant without being overwhelming, the food was tasty and on-point, and our server, Alliyah, was very helpful/informative. If our server was anything like the other staff, when you visit you can expect friendly and efficient service. Overall, a great place to grab drinks, a snack, or meal while with friends.
Had a great time for dinner here for my friends birthday! Their $2 burgers are a great deal and the drinks, too! The server we had was super nice and pretty and I wish I remembered her name! We had so much fun and thank you to the host for getting us a booth! It was comfy and we all enjoyed the food and I can’t wait to go back and drink now that I’m 21!!
Music and Bass is too loud. I've called about it to Village Promenade. I live 2 floors above the restaurant. My windows literally shake from 12-3. I work mornings. I get you have a certain clientele. 4 nights a week there's events that are too loud. In the morning there is trash littered around the restaurant, patio, and on the sidewalks. It's not fair to the cleaning staff of the building. They are not responsible for your trash!
