Just called for a quote on new breaks for a Kia Optima 2007, i didn’t say I would need them installed or anything. The lady told me it would be about $400. I said thanks, bye! Getting my new breaks at auto zone for about $84. My boyfriend will put them in for free ????

Gene and Donna treated me right :) Gene was able to diagnose my problem quickly, on the day scheduled! Even though it was not fixable, I left feeling educated and properly informed. Our daughter broke down on her way to college. Based on the wonderful reviews, I chose Brooks Auto & Truck Repair Center to have her car towed. I am SO grateful to them! Donna was incredibly warm, helpful & kind. Gene absolutely made sure my daughter was taken care of, was thorough, and immediately found the problem and was able to promptly fix it! He knows his stuff! They are reputable, HONEST, caring & good people! They make you feel like family. They even stayed after closing to make sure she was safe & good to go. I mean, who does that?! I would not hesitate or think twice about going to them!! Thank you so very much!!!

VERY KIND PEOPLE work here!! I was making a drive down Shenandoah and wanted to get my car checked bc it was making squeaky noises after driving over a big tree branch (and getting it stuck in the car for a bit) - and they checked it for me for free! It really gave me peace of mind and they did it so quick without expecting anything in return either! Would highly recommend them if not for their quick service then for their awesome people!

The first time I was introduced to this company I took my Moutaineer in for an oil change, and they found there were a couple issues that needed attention. They treated me so kind, and fairly that I continue to come back! They are up front and honest, and treat me like family. Every interaction starts with a smile, and ends with laughter! I would recommend these guys to everyone. Fair, Friendly, and Funny; that’s a triple win! Thanks for that guys!

We came on a Monday morning after our check engine light came on and the car was jumping gears and grinding to high revs. Donna in the office was kind enough to insist on helping us out as we were only traveling through the area and needed to fix our car that day to keep going. After checking through the various issues our car seemed to have her husband Gene sorted out what was wrong and ordered the correct part to be delivered that day. Everyone was so helpful and kind, we waited for the part to arrive til after they would normally close and Donna was so generous, even offering some of her fresh baked bread!

When the part arrived Gene and the team took the time to install and checked it out, making sure everything was in order. They didn’t charge us for the clear extra effort they had put in on a very busy Monday.

We felt so welcomed by all employees here, as we were there almost all day we talked to most everyone eventually. Great people!
