Dropped pickup off to get water pump installed and they were fast and courteous
So far so good. Millennium Yellow Corvette. Work in progress. The owner is an honest man. Has very good public relations skill. Has an extreme amount of knowledge about auto mechanics with a very long history of experience. Also has a large comprehensive awareness of the automatics of various automobiles going back decades. This is not some advertisement to pump up his business. It's just plain facts as I know them. I too am an auto mechanic.

I am so impressed by Brock Auto. Recently I ran into an issue with my dodge truck where the ac began to not blow cold during standstill. I did the routine look around, checking freon levels, checking connection, etc…. I was in fear the I may of had a bad ac compressor. Knowing how popular and busy Brock auto is I was nervous I would have to do short a vehicle for a week for them to get it in there an replaced. I sent the shop an email telling them of my symptoms and the urgency. Not only did the diagnose the issue based off of symptoms they told me how I could fix it!
Hats off to them for putting their customers needs first! I’d reccomend them anytime!
Extremely honest people!! Also very kind!! We had oil pressure sensor trouble and were on our way to Fredericksburg with our toddler and about to be stranded in Stephenville with a 29’ RV attached to our suburban. They quickly put it on the scope and happened to have a used oil sensor that just came off another vehicle they said we could try first. Tried it but didn’t bring the PSI up enough so we had resorted to the fact that it was the oil pump and seal and was going to be about 902.00. Ouch right?! Well then he made a phone call to a friend and came back out and said let me try one more thing. Pulled the screen off the sensor as suggested by his buddy and guess what it worked!!!!! My husband and son and I are back on the road and headed to our anniversary spot and didn’t have to spend every penny we had and turn around and go home! They also gave my son a little hot wheels car! It’s hard to find honest people anymore! They could have easily screwed us but they didn’t!!
Trustworthy folks who haven't steered us wrong over the years. We have been taking vehicles to them for years now and are consistently happy to have done so.
The folks who have been in Stephenville for a while pointed me to Brock Auto when I first found myself in need of a mechanic and we've never had need or want to look back.
