Terrible dispatch was rude to customers very unprofessional the driver was rude agruing with a paying customer they need to do better ,
used to support them for years and they talk to they customers like trash never again will I do business with them after waiting a hour the dispatcher had the nerve to tell me I’m lucky i got a ride send to me like there ain’t other car service broadway taxi is a joke
They act like they don't want to come to pick up nobody. They'll have you waiting for hours and hours and hours and hours. You will have to call it Uber. They seem like they don't care about the job
On time. That's all that matters to me. One guy smells like cigarettes and I don't like that. But I got to my appointment and apartment on time.

I was robbed by a cab driver on a trip scheduled from a friends to home i know i live in a sketchy neighborhood but doesnt give the driver the right to take the fair money and money in my pocket! It wasnt like i didnt have the money to pay gor the ride i did and tipped him 20$ n that wasnt enough for him i guess
Need for the owner to call his customers back if it’s a problem we should be able to report it to him and not get the run around I spend so much money with his company I would think he would get in touch with me by now
I called but no one never came not even after I called them twice to see what was taking so long. They kept saying the driver is on the way.. That was not cool at all.. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Definitely suggest that you reading this review , will upgrade and get an prepaid debit card and Download the Lfyt & or Uber app on your phone for free , you'll pay half the fare of Taxi service if you do. They use GPS so you won't waste your money trying to help the driver help you to get to your destination.
