Best WLM Reviews

Like its namesake empire, the British Beer Company's Plymouth location is one of the few, if not the only, remnants of a domain that once spanned a good portion of coastal Southern New England. There are numerous stories in various media about the decline and fall of both. Much like Britain itself, the BBC Plymouth remains a small but lovely place to visit, partake in a bevy of local and global beverages, and engage in some traditional games and revelry on the second floor. On the last night I was there, Jenga was a particularly popular pastime, as were darts.
This place smells like weed last two times we went, and calling your self British Beer Company and not having more than one truly British beer on tap or bottle/can. Staff are great , but still will not return.
Really nice and relaxing atmosphere, great drinks (obviously the beer lol)
Absolutely loved this place and the only downside waa that I didn't get to come back before I left town. Will definitely be there whenever in Plymouth!
Tuesday night, live music, cold beer, good crowd, whats not to love?
Loved this spot! Friendly folks and the upstairs is cool. I wish there was a deck and some more seating up there though.
This place is a little weird, but always have good beer. The other BBC's are pretty nice places, this One is like a classic dive bar.
It's right off the main street in Plymouth, with a public parking lot right next to it, so it's a really great location. Place to just kind of dive. Furniture is pretty beat up, you definitely have your regulars who take up most of the bar downstairs, the place is tiny and darkly lit.
But like I said good beer, sometimes you just got to wait a little while for the one bartender, who always seems to be same person working, to have time to serve you because they spends so much time catering and talking to the regulars.
As much as I usually like sitting at an actual bar, here I like to go upstairs whether it's like a little sitting room up a spiral staircase. That you still have games and a couch and more comfortable stuff up there but now it's just a couple hard chairs. That might have changed because of covid and maybe they just haven't changed it back yet. The downstairs is just really small and it's usually really full. They often have rugby matches playing which is really nice. But it gets really busy and cramps when there is a game.
The vibes make you feel like you are in London from the killer brews and live music ???? the doorman gave us a nice Boston welcome and I highly recommend you give this spot a visit!
