Needed repair due to severe coolant leak, called bridegrooms and made appt. to have towed in, Ed checked it out and told me intake gasket was blown out and water pump needed to be replaced along with thermostat, I knew they were always busy and do quality work, very satisfied with their repair at a reasonable price, Ed's great !!! I'm a lifetime cust. now !!
20' Utility Trailer Repair. Check and grease all 4 wheel bearings,New 7 pin plug for Lighting, and replace 2 electric brake assemblies. $315 Parts and $400 Labor. Did repairs in 1 Day. Did great job so far. Professional and Helpful. I thought it was a much for Labor. Over all I would recommend this business. ???? ????
Upon calling Bridegrooms to schedule an appointment for my Ford they scheduled an appointment to see it. Before continuing with scheduling an appointment we told them the issue and the make, model, and year of the car. They ensured they could diagnose the issue. After getting the car towed to the service shop they did not look at car for at least 5 Business days after. They then called us to tell us they didn’t have the “software” to my car to be able to read the car and diagnose. Then charged us again for return tow. First off, that sounds ridiculous. Secondly, I have a classic ford explorer so it’s nothing foreign or hard to diagnose. Third, don’t charge for a service you said you could provide and then don’t do it. I would have taken my car somewhere else and not wasted time or money.
The Bridegroom family is great. They are the best people to take your vehicle to. Always straight and to the point. Usually over quote then come in well under cost. We’ve taken 3 cars to Jeff and he’s always done a great job. They even try to answer some questions over the phone and never try to take advantage of their customers.
Ed Bridegroom (the owner) is the classiest guy you could ever meet. He is honest and does terrific work at a fair price. My only concern about telling everyone that he is simply AWESOME is he already is super busy and I don't like to see him work so hard.
I was raised by a father/mechanic who always told me to learn how to fix your own car as auto shops were run by crooks. I lived this advice my entire life till I recently hit my 60's. I have to thank the folks at Bridegroom for disproving dad. They have fixed two of my cars in the past two months. Friendly, fast, and expertly done services rendered. I can niot expess in this review how happy we are to have this wonderful asset within walking distance of home and in Griffith. A new patron for life.
Wonderful service. Wonderful people. They certainly take care of their lifetime customers. Took my ford in to get it to pass emissions. When the car was finished he took it there himself to make sure it passed. So pleased
We have had major work done on our 2000 GMC Sierra and general work done on our 2012 Toyota Rav 4. We didn't know the problem and they could have jacked up the price and we wouldn't have known the difference. They gave us honest work, usually next day or close to it service, and we never had to take back our vehicles as they fixed the problem correctly the first time. Our neighbor and ourselves ONLY use Bridegroom for our vehicles.
