Food was really great. Would have preferred to give a 5 star review but the waiter was not good at all. Long waits for drink refills and our food. Probably due to our waiter being preoccupied with a young woman that he was chatting up most of the night. Everything else about the restaurant was great though.
We celebrated a large party last Saturday for a birthday AND surprise engagement. ????
JORDAN and Kate were our coordinators and Emily and Elisabeth were our servers. We had a group of 45 people total and were able to have to whole side room to ourselves. There was plenty of space for all and then some. Our “personal” staff took amazing care of making sure EVERYTHING went smooth and as planned, even the big secret. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service all of the ladies provided to us and for us. They were friendly, on their game and ready for us whenever we needed them. Emily even made sure I got myself a couple of Hot Toddy’s for the cold I was feeding (thank you).
I would highly recommend the Brick if you’re looking for a spot to host your next big gathering. The food and the drinks were amazing as always. I can’t say enough of how pleased we were by the end of the night.

This restaurant has always been a comfortable place while visiting Prince Frederick, Maryland, on business. Bar seating is usually easy to find. The restaurant is closed on Mondays. The staffing is friendly and knowledgeable.
This was our first time visiting Brick after a friend's recommendation. We were very impressed and will definitely be repeat customers. There was a bit of a wait when we arrived, but that's a sign of a good restaurant on a busy night. The restaurant was clean, nicely designed, and had comfy seats. The drink menu is massive, which is a good thing. The full bar includes several beers on tap and numerous wine selections. The brick fries we started with were amazing and came with a house made ketchup. We all ordered pizzas and were fully satisfied with the flavors. I look forward to returning to explore more of the menu options.

That pizza was so tasty! The crab stack had so much crab, it was a refreshing balance with the cheesy crab pizza. The chips were just right, not greasy at all.
Watching some of the other plates rush by, I was seeing plenty of fresh and tasty options. You can eat healthy or go with guilty pleasures.
Staff were friendly and with eating at the bar we had pleasant chatter with the bartenders.
I worked for Brick as a cook for some time and it was one of my favorite jobs. (I had to leave due to a personal injury) The kitchen is always clean and organized, the food is incredible, the staff is always friendly, and the management is by far the best I’ve ever worked with. I am a little biased about the food but I seriously think it’s amazing. A restaurant that flows this well is no doubt going to put out some good food. I’ve heard people complain about the prices but you absolutely always get what you pay for. Fresh ingredients, everything is made from scratch, local farm fresh meat for a few dishes, the chefs really care about the food that goes out. Would give 100 stars if I could ????
Great menu that offers so many choices. Chicken wings,pizza, burgers,salads have all bee n tasty. The cocktails are phenomenal. Our last server was Sidney who was so kind and flexible. She assisted with all our questions. Comfortable and casual place
