The food was really tasty. Almost no wait time for a group of 10+. The lunch special was perfect. I believe it was 2 topping pizza, breadsticks and salad. The servers were so nice! First time eating here and they were so good about recommending dishes. We also got the rosemary chicken tortellini which was packed with flavor!
What a great place to go for a unique dine in experience. The atmosphere is awesome and unique. The service is good and the good is consistent. Great for small and large groups.
If you like root beer then you'll love their home made root beer!

My sister and I visited the Brick Oven this week. This was the place to be! The personal pizzas are a great proportion and delicious and the build your own salad bar was a great appetizer. Our waitress, Katie, was SO friendly and attentive. Always had refills and checked on us several times. We felt very welcome and taken care of. We hadn’t been here before and were grateful for the patient hostess and waitress for answering our questions about the menu. The price is very reasonable. The atmosphere is so fun and lively. This is a great place for dates, small parties, after-game dinners, etc. Would recommend to any local or tourist to add this place to your list! Always get the root-beer, it’s famous for a reason!
Very interesting building. You start walking through it and it just keeps going and going. They have a heavy emphasis on the salad line and the pasta line. They have some lunch options.
Probably a nice place to take the family out or maybe take a date if you're wanting to stay close. The salad bar was very good there was quite a bit of meat toppings to put on it including chicken bacon ham multiple types of lettuce and the plethora of other toppings
This was my first time eating here. I got the 8 inch margherita pizza, which I would highly recommend. The service was great as well. Our drinks were regularly refilled, which was nice. The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved, as well as maneuverability in the restaurant itself.
The Brick Oven is a staple in the Provo community. They're pretty busy around dinner time, so make sure to make a reservation. They do take-out also, but the atmosphere in the place is fun and lively.
We were sat pretty soon after arriving (after checking in for our reservation). Our waitress was kind and gave us time to checkout the menu. We decided on some cheesy garlic bread as an appetizer. Sooo good!
We got two 12" pizzas. I got a Hawaiian style BBQ with pineapple and ham. My girlfriend got a chicken-ranch pizza. They were both pretty good! They were very busy - several huge parties - but we didn't have to wait too long.

First time there. The food is good. Love the salad bar. Also, multiple prepared pastas on a pasta bar behind glass. Pick your 2 favorites, and they serve you. Then, take it to the sauce bar. You have several red and white sauces to choose from. They also have a good regular menu.
Did call ahead seating for our group of 12 and we got a great table for all if us in a separate room. Everyone loved the food, service and atmosphere. Very reasonable prices and huge portions! Best salad bar anywhere!
