Random stop for lunch. We ordered a brisket sandwich and a brisket baked potato. Both were huge and a great value. The sandwich was a sloppy, wonderful mix of perfectly smoked meat, a tangy but not overpowering sauce, and a really nice slaw. A more substantial bun or roll might have made it easier to eat. Not complaining though, it was a three napkin masterpiece. The potato was loaded with all the things you would expect.
All in all, a great value and some darn good BBQ
Had the pork plates a month or so ago and it was great. Just picked up pork plates for my wife and I but the meat was inedible. It wasn't pulled pork but was instead hunks with large amounts of fat on it. Only redeeming quality of the order was the sides. Will definitely rethink ordering again.
We placed a large last minute order for the Northwest High School Freshman Football team and not only did Brick House meet all of our requests but were so friendly and willing to do whatever needed to be done to help us out! The boys loved the food so much and we we were happy to support such a great local business. Thank you again Brick House BBQ crew, we really appreciate you all!
Haven't had BBQ since I moved to Dalton over a year ago and coworker recommended this place to me since I take my dog miracle park. I have to say I was was not disappointed in the service and the food. The prices were reasonable and portions were great. The only thing I would like to see is if they would do garlic toast bread instead of regular sliced bread, but not a deal breaker.
Brisket 0 out of 5 stars ! over cooked, tough and dry. The bun was total mush. The smoke flavor tasted like old stale wood. Canned beans no flavor. Potato salad had no flavor . The pork was a 3 out of 5 stars and the chicken was 3 of 5. Very disappointed and wont go back.
Best BBQ I've had in a long time. The sides were potato salad and slaw...very good sides...never change the recipe! The pork and chicken had just the right amount of smoke. First, but not last time, customer!
Was disappointed. Waited on food for over 30 minutes. Others recommend sample platter claimed it was enough food for two. Portion was tiny. $35
Authentic smoked meats. We got the smoked half chicken and pulled chicken. Still have yet to try the brisket. The smoked half chicken is ???? My husband raved at how good it was. You can tell they put in the effort to smoke the meats to perfection. The coleslaw was fresh and handmade. They have since paved the drive thru that some were complaining about.
