A great place to enjoy a delicious breakfast at the beach. Staff and customers were so friendly and the staff accommodated my special requests with delight. They also have great treats.
Great espresso cafe… super chill — quick, kind customer service. Great prices (local not tourist prices).
Tables inside and also- outside on a shaded sidewalk & tree-lined patio.
A lot of drinks both hot and cold… (lemonade. OJ, Arnold Palmer, Frappuccino, etc. etc.)

Great neighborhood to park and walk to .. right up the street (2 blocks ) from a very cool kayak shop.
We had breakfast here every day in our La Jolla trip. Great place and good food. Their breakfast wrap , avocado toast and spiced chai latte were my favorites.
If you're on the beach and craving a hot drink this is the place to go! It's about a 5 minute walk from the beach, and even though they were a little busy they were very quick! It's a smaller coffee shop, but hands down better than the Starbucks down the road!
Great location, good service, great coffee and amazing açaí bowls! The açaí bowls are some of the best I’ve had. The beach is a few minutes walk away which is great for walk before or after.
The coffee and scones are wonderful. The patio area is great with easy access for dogs and kids.
Really love the ambiance of this cafe. Lots of food and drink options on their menu. Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to eat breakfast or lunch.
We like Brick and Bell and they have a decent selection of coffees and some really good scones. We liked the maple walnut one. We also ordered the lemon poppy cake which was a little mushy, but had a good flavor. There was a really interesting mushroom coffee that one of us tried and thought it was pretty good and not an overpowering mushroom taste like you might think. Overall a good coffee place, but not amazing.
