Brian's Automotive fixed problems several other mechanics did not. His prices are fair and he is a fanatic about using quality parts, and he knows which vendors are quality or junk. His keen eye for noticing everything about a car that needs adjusting or maintenance before it creates a more serious problem is amazing.
Their diagnostic abilities are so good they fix the real problems where others fix symptoms.
His shop has consistently diagnosed and fixed some mystery problems several professional and Amateur mechanics never solved and wasted time and money fixing and replacing things that were not needed. The other mechanics eliminated symptoms; wheres Brian's Automative fixed the problem without wasting money and time on frivolous fixes because of misdiagnosis.
I have used a dozen other mechanics before finding Brian and now all my cars, my GF's cars and family cars get fixed well there. He pro-actively warns me of preventive maintenance for problems that will occur later -- to save me bucks and surprise breakdowns. He helps me make the right decisions to keep the car well maintained including quality recommendations for tire purchases, battery purchases, body work if beyond his scope, etc. When I have problems out of state on trips he keeps the out of state mechanics honest by giving me second opinions after talking to them and advising which of their diagnoses are correct and urgent, and which can wait until I return from trip. Out of state breakdown are usually with other's cars not mine, or with a worn part that he told me to replace but I held off on (or damaged part due to minor snafus by careless driving), or me not getting it checked out before a long trip.
Brian knows cars, cares deeply about them and their care. He understands Engine and Vehicles and how to make them run perfectly or "good enough" if on a tight budget more than any mechanic I have ever encountered. He kept many cars me and my family have owned running very well and fixed problems other mechanics tried to fix before we knew Brian and failed.

Do what he says about regular quality maintenance most people neglect, and your car will be more reliable than ever after Brian fixes it.
I had replaced the battery in my 350Z, which was a bioche and a half, but has dislodged the plastic restraining portion under the windshield which I could not get back in place no matter what I did. Brian's took care of me instantly, and at almost no cost. Their tech Carlos was and remains a prince among men. Wise, intelligent, professional, and an an all-around good guy!
Bill was nearly 4x their estimate. Car now has electrical issues after they did $600 electrical repair that they cannot explain. Car was vandalized while at their shop. They would not make good for damages or apply insurance.
A very disappointing experience, as the whole reason for selecting them was to get the car ready to sell and make money for medical bills. Otherwise, good engine repair if you can afford to pay more than getting a whole engine.
Dozens of vehicles over a decade serviced by brian. would not take my cars anywhere else. totally trust him with my vehicles. not a parts replacer, but a diagnoser and fixer. Integrity in an auto shop. hard to find.
Great service, and Brian is smart, honest, and has fixed all my car problems for years. I highly recommend this small business, as it's hard to find a competent and trustworthy mechanic these days.

My check engine light came on and I happened to be near by, even though it was Saturday and the shop was closed (I didn't realize), I was helped and treated with nothing but friendliness. Highly recommend!
They have worked on our cars many times. Not only are they argumentative. But they hang up on people. These people are no good.
