Brew city was always my favorite place to go until today. I loved their prime rib and took my family there for every single holiday. Tonight I went there and my wife and I ordered prime rib well-done. Her prime rib was medium well at best and had lots of Gristle. It didn't taste anything like it had before like it had not been cooked the same way. Their prime rib before always had a charred outside and was delicious. On top of that they were having a buffet at the same time. My wife at ordered mashed potatoes and the waitress said they were out of mashed potatoes. Then we were told that we couldn't get mashed potatoes off of the buffet for some reason. Consequently when they brought our food to us I had an empty cup given to me that was supposed to be baked beans but it was empty. We ordered deep fried mushrooms and never got them. My wife was supposed to have cottage cheese for a side and never got it. My daughter was supposed to have coleslaw but never got it. I finally flag down a waitress and got my baked beans coleslaw and cottage cheese. The mushrooms never showed up. The prime rib tasted nothing like it had before it had no type of flavor to it at all, almost like it had been boiled. Just say the least I was very disappointed. I don't know what had changed from about a month ago when I last ate there. When I went to pay I was asked about the meal and honestly told them what all was wrong. Check out girl did give me 20% off, but it really didn't make up for the lousy food and the lousy service. The interesting thing was when I didn't receive my baked beans and complained about it the waitress got baked beans off of the buffet and gave them to me, after telling us they couldn't do this. It might be a change in management, or Cooks I don't really know. All I know is that my all-time favorite place to eat is now completely marked off my list.
Great friendly family place to eat. The food is great and they'll feed you good! Full bar, gaming, lunch and dinner buffet, and they run awesome specials! Definitely a go to place to eat.
Good food, fast service and quiet atmosphere.
If you are not drinking alcohol, no to poor service. Been here two hours before our food was served. Food was good when we finally got it.
Very good meal, good steak, don't rely on what's in paper for special. Wait staff super and attentive.

The food is always good. Salad bar is fresh. Staff and atmosphere are great.
Great burgers as well as a good steak or fish. Prices are very reasonable.
