Best WLM Reviews

Great food! The kids loved the variety and tried some new flavors. Great service. Fun to have new meats delivered every few minutes. Excellent salad bar. Chocolate mousse pie was moist and delicious. The chocolate cake was huge, but a little dry.
I wanted to like this place, but the food just wasn't good. The meats are all very, very salty -- like suspiciously over salted. I tried everything except the lamb. The only meat that was even average was the teriyaki chicken, top sirloin and tenderloin. The cheese bread was decent but never warm. The salad bar was unimpressive -- looked like most of it was dumped out of a can. I liked the broccoli gratin, but it was lukewarm at best. Our server was nice and attentive. The guys who brought the meat around were also very nice and came by often. They even offered to get us other items if they didn't have it right then. I'd say go with low expectations if you must go. To me, it wasn't worth the money. I would rather pay more and get good quality meat and fresh side items.
Pretty much the best quality all-you-can eat location in Utah. There’s something for everyone. My picky teenagers loved it and both of them got more than enough to eat. Feeding growing teens enough food to satiate them in this economy is a challenge, but it’s so easy to do at Braza. If the price seems steep, trust me, it’s not. It’s more than worth the money for the value and flavor of every single item on the buffet, not to mention the freshly grilled meats that they bring around and serve to each table throughout your time here. Literally lost count of all the types and flavor styles of meat because there were so many. They have far more desserts than what I saw on the online menu, so don’t trust the Google Maps menu. Just stop by in person and be wowed. There’s nothing I’ve tried here that I don’t like. Only one of my teens found an item (singular) that she wasn’t a fan of, BUT my son and I both loved that same item, so it was just a matter of preference for her. Best place for even the pickiest of eaters and both of mine certainly are. Last, but not least, the service itself is also a very strong 5 stars. Incredibly kind and courteous staff
This is one of my top two favorite restaurants out of all the restaurants I have visited in the Salt Lake and Utah valleys.
The food is delicious and excellent in variety and authenticity for both the grill and "salad bar. The preparation of the food in the "salad bar" is excellent. Their kitchen staff is very aware of the ebb and flow of customers, so the food is consistently in proper quantity so it doesn't run out, but also does not sit and become stale "steam table food"
The staff is constantly checking with the customers to know how well they are enjoying each item. The ownership is constantly looking for ways to add to or adjust the menu to the customer's liking. They will ask if you have any suggestions or preferences. They have made special little adjustments for me while I was at the restaurant. Examples: A little extra honey and brown sugar on the pineapple, cooked a little hotter so the glaze caramelized quicker and the pineapple was still a little tart with the sweet. Steak cooked with a little drizzle of lime and made exactly the level of rare I asked for. Fresh fried bananas and cheese bread brought right to my table before taking it to the salad bar (because I had to wait 90 seconds the one time they momentarily ran out).
The staff is very friendly and kind as well as attentive. Upon arriving for my second visit, the staff remembered me and my children. Now we are consistently met with smiles, High-fives and occasionally a hug. They treat everyone this way. You are not a customer, but you become part of the Braza family. You will definitely feel appreciated and wanted.
This food is really delicious. My water was never empty. It was $5 more expensive than my favorite Brazilian grill. Most of the beef was well done, and I prefer medium rare. I told one of the guys, and he totally hooked me up with some delicious medium rare top sirloin. Thank you!
They are so polite and does take of their customer. They have a smaller place where it’s easier for food to get to your table and got surprise bogo promotion today. Awesome place. I have new Brazilian place I want to go.
I’ve eaten at a bunch of Brazilian stake houses in LA, AZ, and UT, this one is a must do, quality meat, awesome savory well seasoned meat and not over cooked, medium rare and rare if you want it. Tender meat, good marbled meat and good service. I’m coming back. $35/person with tax and tip
I went here for my birthday and was very excited because Brazilian grills are one of my favorite types of restaurants. Unfortunately I was disappointed in almost all of their cuts of meat???? Everything was either extremely salty (and I like my food saltier than most people do), chewy pieces of meat, or didn't have really any flavor. The peppered steak was delicious though. The lamb, which is my favorite type of meat, was so salty I had to spit it out. Their mushrooms from the salad bar tasted like I drank straight balsamic vinegar right from the bottle. And almost all the dishes I tried on the warm side of the bar were room temperature at best.
Service and atmosphere was okay. I found it a little cheap they used flimsy cardboard cubes to indicate "keep food coming" or to "wait". Where every other Brazilian grill uses little wooden blocks. Not a big deal at all, just seemed odd.
I was really excited to go, but unfortunately I will not be coming back????
