Good food, good service and good company. A few meals I would recommend are the Lobster and Shrimp Fettuccine and the Chicken Marsala. The drinks were great! We had a few the first day and went back the second day for a few more drinks. Everything was clean and there was no wait. Great experience
I love to hit Italian chain restaurants , bravo’s is one of the spots I like to hit regularly especially in the summer or spring the outside seating is really nice on a warm sunny day , in my experience the food is always consistent,sometimes I order chicken Parmesan with fettuccine Alfredo and there’s a miscommunication about that with my server from time to time so my food arrives incorrect , but the time I took pictures for the review they got it absolutely right! And that happens more often than not. But all in all solid ,delicious Italian food spot , service can be so-so for the above stated reasons, still a spot I like to hit up while I’m in town center Great atmosphere , definitely recommend.
Spur of the moment, there was no reservation on a busy Friday night and was still seated and served wonderfully. Top notch friendly and knowledgeable customer service. The food was scrumptious and hot to the touch. Our waitress checked on us often enough and made sure our drinks were topped off at all times. Great evening, wonderful food and excellent staff. We ate before taking pics of all the food. However we were able to get one picture.
It was a nice place, but I believe that the food was overpriced and the service was lacking. Our waiter took a long time getting back around to our table throughout the night. My friends spaghetti bolognese was dry and they charged an additional $5 for more sauce. I feel like I have had better Italian at Olive Garden.
So lately the food up bravo Italian has become very poorly made. It’s almost like you’re eating at IHOP..
Not too sure what happens because we usually eat there three times a month. I don’t know if they have a new chef but last night we got calamari and it was almost on edible. The lasagna that I ordered did not have Harley any sauce or meat. It was absolutely, not good .
But the customer service in the atmosphere is really good. It is a nice place to eat.
Just hope they get a chef that knows how to cook higher quality of food to make it delicious again????

This was my 1st time here. I had a coupon and got 2 entrées. The service was excellent. Isabel was absolutely great! The restaurant is very pretty and the atmosphere was calming. The food was average. However, it did come quickly. The fettuccine alfredo was good...average. The eggplant in the eggplant parm was cut thick. That's the 1st time I have ever had eggplant parm that way and I did not eat all of it. I prefer thin cut eggplant, so it threw me off. Food is a personal preference so I wouldn't throw the baby out with the bath water on this place. The bread and dipping oil was very good. The Town Center area is nice and very pretty at night.
We've been loyal customers since the VA Beach location opened... but we will never ever go back. Our dinner today was not good - lobster bisque had no lobster (strange mushy clumps of weirdness instead) - my pasta with red pepper sauce was undercooked with rubbery chicken and no flavor - my husband order the house red wine - which was watery and thin. So sad - so many good memories in that restaurant. It has gone downhill and taken. nosedive
